We had a great experience. Round trip was both quick & with little waiting. The App is great and they are very close to the airport. We texted for pickup once we got our luggage from checked baggage & only waited about 2 minutes before they arrived to take us straight to our car. read more

Excellent value and service. We had never used off airport parking before and thought we would try it given the previous reviews on Yelp. I signed up online while heading to the airport. They were offering 7 days free parking for anyone who signed up for their elite service (which has no membership fee!) I got a reservation immediately and was able to use the QR code to enter the lot. We were greeted by very friendly people and didn't have to wait for a shuttle so five minutes later we were checking into the airport. Upon our return to Denver, we called ahead to give them our valet number and the car was ready for us as soon as we got off the shuttle. We will definitely use this company again and I would recommend it to any of my friends. read more

Arrived in the dark at 4:15am, shuttle driver immediately waiting to take me to the airport. Returned 3 days later at 11:30PM, shuttle was waiting to pick me up at the airport and the driver was very kind in helping me find my car in the dark. GREAT SERVICE!!! read more

I signed up through Top Airport Parking to receive their best deal. My flight took off early and landed late so I was worried (as a woman) about security but the shuttle picked me up immediately in the well lit lot. The drivers assisted me with my bags and the drive to the airport was about 7 minutes. Check out was extremely simple. I will be using this again for future trips. read more

Standing here once again waiting 20 plus minutes (40 once) for Park DIA shuttle, watching the competition's shuttles come multiple times. When they finally come, often already full. Extraordinarily lackadaisical service. Badly understaffed. After 10 tries, I'm done with this company. read more

815 on a Sunday at terminal east and have been standing in a line of at least 40 people for 15 min. The parking spot company has come around twice. In the beginning park dia was a very good service. That appears to no longer be true. read more

Very unorganized. Extremely long waits for shuttle back to the parking lot. Worth the money to pay more somewhere else.

Drivers are friendly and they drop you at your vehicle. However, lately they have been very short staffed on drivers and the wait has been up to 45 minutes until a shuttle comes that actually has room on it to get to the lot. Not a fun wait after a long day of travel. If they can't get the shuttles running more frequently we won't continue to use them. read more

We came for an early morning flight. The shuttle was there within 5 minutes. Our shuttle driver, Melina, was courteous and I can tell she truly cares about her guests. Her shuttle was full immediately and she made a great effort to ensure that other drivers knew about the guests she couldn't fit. She also stopped to instruct some other guests that they weren't in the correct location for pick up. I was very impressed with her level of service. Keep up the great work Melina! read more

We've not had any problems in 5 times of parking. The drivers have been courteous. No problem parking as we have always made an advance reservation--just seems a smart way to go. Only negative is the long walk with luggage, to the north end of the pick up lane, as we come in on United. read more

We loved ParkDIA - Again! We have parked with them twice and had a fabulous experience both times. We used their covered parking, wanting to keep our car safe from our severe summer storms and hail. When we parked, there was a shuttle right there to quickly take us to our curb-side check-in. Upon our return the shuttle was right where they said it would be and it took us immediately back to our car. Each time the shuttle driver loaded and unloaded our bags from the shuttle and was both helpful and friendly. We will definitely continue to use ParkDIA every time we fly! read more

I have to say this place was great when it first opened, but it is already going downhill fast. The last two times that I parked here, I've had an impossible time getting out late at night. Only two of the four lanes are open. If most people are using a QR code to scan and leave, why can't there be more lanes open? One time my QR code wouldn't work and this last time the same happened to the person in front of me. It clogged up our entire lane while we waited for them to find a solution. Gal in the booth never came over to help the customer, cars backed up for 10 minutes. I finally had to get out of my car and go talk to the booth gal. She was completely unhelpful and unconcerned. If they are supposed to be utilizing technology to speed the process, they don't have a clue because it has been a fiasco lately to get out of there and I personally am done using ParkDIA. read more

Awesome! I hadnt even gotten out of my car and the bus was there to pick us up, even helped load our bags. On the way back even with the traffic and construction going on it didnt take long and they were very nice and helpful. I'll definitly use this place again if I travel. read more

This is my "go to" when parking my vehicle before flying out of DIA. I love that it's close to the airport, parking costs are reasonable with discounts (Corporate and club), and the drivers are always accommodating and polite! I love the app to request a ride when landing and being able to kind of track where there buses are. I know competition is coming in the same location but as long as the discounts are offered, I don't anticipate to change parking garages. read more

Left 50+ passengers waiting at West terminal for an hour+ in the heat. Shuttle drivers were angry and complained about management not being able to staff them adequately (which was evident). Also their method of whipping around the aisles of the parking lot while you click the clicker of your car to see the lights on the car light up seems wildly inefficient. All around a stressful experience and I feel bad for their customers and shuttle drivers. read more

Really bad experience...will absolutely not return. I travel quite a bit for business and routinely park at one of their competitors. I have seen their new facility and nice vans- so I figured I would give it a try over the holiday weekend. Booked a reservation online for outside parking, paid with my credit card and they sent me a QR code. About 20 minutes after booking the reservation (they send you a confirmation email) I realized that I had booked for an hour too short, although the extra hour would not push me anywhere near a full day...I had scheduled to drop off at 9am and return at Noon, so the extra hour would not really affect the overall reservation since I had paid for five full days. So I called the office immediately and was told "just scan your qr code when you come in and don't worry about it." I was skeptical and called again the next morning only to be told that the customer service person could not find my reservation and to just "show up and get a ticket when you pulled in." I explained to her that I had prepaid and it didn't seem to get through to her - so I gave up. So many things concerned me -- including the fact that she "couldn't find my reservation" despite the fact that I had already paid...but clearly there was going to be no "service" for this customer so I figured I would try to handle on-site. When we pulled into the facility the following morning, I asked the attendant where to scan my qr code, to which she responded "take a ticket." I explained to her that we had prepaid, and she said "I don't know what you should do - it's only my second day." Great. It wasn't her fault - she was actually really nice and i felt bad for her...but why bother having someone at the gate if they don't know what they are doing??? So despite the fact that there are no people directing you where to park, we find a parking spot quickly that was nice except the bus stopped nowhere near where we parked. As a matter of fact, no one we came across seemed to know where or why the bus stopped. I think we were lucky and we're able to accidentally run into a shuttle bus... They actually seemed quite disorganized ... even when we got on the bus things were disorganized - with the very friendly driver just basically doing laps around the lot. The kicker for me was that the driver did not offer or have a parking locator card - a must for any long term airport parking lot. That seems basic block and tackle to me... Anyway, to make a long story short when we returned, I was very pleasantly surprised that I had to pay a full extra day despite explaining to the woman at the exit gate the whole situation. She simply would not bother looking at my reservation, the timing or anything. All she would say is "if you go over your reservation you have to pay a full additional day. If you have a problem with that I can give you the number of the manager." Very disappointed in ParkDIA - I had high hopes and in the end was let down. Will not return. May be the worst and most disorganized airport parking experience I have ever had! read more

We would give 1 star but we have had some, not all, pleasant drivers. We have used them a couple of times...2x the app/code didn't work, luckily the check out ladies have been patient and understandable. It is a bit confusing where the shuttle is going to pick you up vs the other shuttle lots...there are always a cluster of people wondering where to stand. We had a late flight and there were A LOT of people waiting for the shuttle...the rude inconsiderate people got on the 1st shuttle...after a LONG wait, and another LONG wait the next shuttle came. We texted as requested, people were calling and getting minimal receptive responses from the company... The computer system does ask when your arrival time is...can they not prepare for that many passengers to be picked up? We waited over 45 min...at 11:30pm. Saw some people UBER it to the parking lot. Some people waiting next to us said they noticed the service has gone DOWN HILL... read more

Great experience using Park DIA. We tried it over the free tax weekend. Prompt pick up by shuttle, friendly drivers, we were able to park in covered parking during a snowy weekend, and the deal was for free parking- no strings attached!! I bought a Groupon for 3 days and another one for 1 day because I knew my trip was for 4 days. They didn't honor my one day and said I could only use one at a time. I don't have another trip planned before it expires... Also when your flight comes back late at night expect a long wait to get picked up... I will never use Park DIA again. I had to pay an additional day parking. I hope their extra 8 dollars they stole from was was worth losing me as a customer. What poor customer service!!!! read more

Horrible customer service. I purchased a Groupon and the instructions contradicted the ParkDIA website. Not only am I stuck with a useless Groupon, but I ended up paying full price because I was misinformed that I needed to make a reservation. Not one representative cared at all and basically mocked me for not understanding the policy. There are plenty of other viable parking options, I will be picking one of those for my planned travel and I suggest you do the same. read more

When you get a Groupon the price can't be beat. And for that reason the value is good. However, upon arrival, I have yet to be picked up by a bus anywhere near where I parked. I've had to use the flashlight on my phone to wave down a driver or walk/run to a shuttle. I've been blessed with decent weather, but in poor weather this would be a miserable start to a trip. They need to put in shuttle pick up shelters or actually come pick you up. Not just randomly drive in circles or park their bus far away. For this reason I will probably not be using them again. Upon return, to use the Groupon you must first be dropped off at the office, then wait for another shuttle to pick you up and take you to your car. When I get back home I just wanna leave. This is the second time I have used ParkDIA lot. We arrived about 8:00pm, parked car and waited for shuttle. 3 shuttles left the lot without us nearly empty! It took 30 minutes from the time we got in the lot until we arrived at DIA. They need to re-think their pick-up policy! Perhaps have pick-up places by each light with a flashing light you can turn on. (Yellow light for 5 minutes then go to Red light.) Return was better. read more

Have had two good experiences prior to Labor Day weekend so I will give them two stars for good price and good location. I also really enjoy using the app to book and pay, it makes the process very quick. Unfortunately, Friday when leaving there was a line out in the parking lot of at least 3-4 bus loads of people all waiting at once, took an extra 30 minutes waiting for our spot on a bus. Returning home Monday night we arrived at the line on the East side to find 20-30 people waiting for a shuttle after one had just been filled to capacity. Ended up taking an Uber to the lot as the app showed no other vehicles headed toward the airport I did not want to wait an additional 30+ minutes just to get a ride to my car. So at least for busy weekends, I will be paying the extra $$ and parking in the economy lots. read more

This was not my best experience traveling to Colorado. There was hardly any shuttles and it seemed like management didn't take care of the problem efficiently. The only reason I am giving this review three stars is due to the professionalism and great work ethic of an employee of yours. I believe his name was Griffin. Griffin had one of the best work ethics an attitudes I've seen especially throughout all the chaos going on!! He answered everyone of my questions correctly, quick and always with a smile .
