They pick you up in one terminal and drive to the next before going to the lot. It doesn't matter which terminal you board the bus on. Awesome new parking site at DIA. I mean literally, at DIA. You can't get any closer. Prices are on par with everyone else, and they were all so nice! The family went out of town over Thanksgiving and we needed somewhere to leave the car, and I just so happened to hear about them in an email and that if you got their app it came with a free week of parking. Sure enough. Okay here's the drawback: no one has any clue about them yet. Waze couldn't find the lot. Google Maps couldn't find it. That's how we talked to so many people, we had to call a few times in order to find it. Won't be a problem in the future now that we know, but that wasn't a fun morning considering it was like, 5 degrees out, and the side roads we got lost on were all ice sheets. I'm going to recommend them to everyone who asks though, because I was actually that impressed by their proximity to the terminals and the friendliness of the staff. read more

I've used ParkDia probably 20 times over the last year. Today, it's 22° out and you had zero shuttles at the airport for 57 minutes!!! You are absolutely never getting my money again. Completely unacceptable especially because no one even answers your phones. There was no reason for this. We returned Sunday evening and went out to the island with about 50+ people waiting out there for a shuttle. There was no line, people were getting mad as people walked out and worked there way onto shuttles before others who waited longer. There were about 3-4 Wallypark/Canopy shuttles for every 1 ParkDia shuttle. I tried calling the office and getting a live person - that proved to be impossible. 30-40 min later, we were on a shuttle. I asked the driver who I would talk to about the wait, he told me to call the office. He said they can't get enough drivers to meet the demand and that the drivers were unhappy as well. I will never park at ParkDia again. Worst experience ever. read more

Left us feeling stranded at 1:20 AM. Called many times, letting it ring quite a long time without an answer. When we finally got to our car, NO ONE was there to let us out with our prepaid ticket. We had to pay again. Horrible experience. read more

If I could give a minus 5 stars, I would. I got a Groupon for Park DIA.. We are now waiting longer than 30 minutes and they still haven't showed up to pick us up. Don't waste your money, lousy, lousy, lousy service!!!!! When the shuttle finally came (after 40" and three phone calls) the driver had trouble finding all the vehicles so that was another 1/2 HR on the shuttle. Then when we tried to exit, the machine would not take my Groupon & I had to pay another $38 on top of the Groupon I had already purchased. read more

This is so far the slowest dia parking we have had to deal with. You have to wait for at least 30 mins if not longer. So of planning to take this which i would not recommend plan plenty of time to get to your flight. read more

I have used Park DIA many times. Each time it is a little worse-long waits and full busses from the terminal to parking. This last trip on 10/14 was terrible. Trying to get to the terminal from their lot we waited over 45 minutes for a bus to pick us up in their covered parking lot! Waited 10 minutes for the first bus and it was full. Waited another 30 minutes for the second bus. This was all in the covered parking area!!!! Needless to say it stressed out the entire trip. I talked to the staff while we were waiting and they recommended that I take an Uber from their parking lot to the terminal!!!! Are you kidding????? I'm looking elsewhere next time or maybe I will take the Uber. read more

Very Disappointed with Park DIA lately. I have religiously used them since they opened and raved about how great they were. Staff is always pleasant and helpful, But in the past 3-4 months they have significantly declined. Wait times are absolutely ridiculous, specifically when you land at DIA and are trying to get back to your vehicle. The amount of wait time and fighting within customers trying to get on shuttles is too much to handle. At this point I would rather pay more for a better service because Park DIA is not making the cut right now. read more

We had to wait 35 minutes for a shuttle to take us from their lot to the airport. There were over 50 people waiting in line for a shuttle, so it was a total cluster trying to figure out who got on the shuttle when one finally showed up. They will not allow you to stand on the shuttle, so they can only take ~15 people per shuttle. read more

Don't be fooled! The wait time for this parking going to the airport is really about 30-45 minutes. The shuttle doesn't run consistently. I parked at the covered parking (paying double the price) but when the shuttle got to me, the shuttle was already full from customers who parked at the uncovered who pays way less. My husband keeps going in and out of the office to ask when the shuttle would come and the people in the office would just say we already called another shuttle. Coming back was the same issue, people were lined up when I got to the pick up location and I asked one person how long they've been waiting and they said about 20 minutes. When a shuttle got there, it only fits about ten people and the rest of us had to wait for another 20 minutes. read more

This was the absolute WORST experience ever!! The promise of "friendly" and "accommodating" was so far from the truth!! The staff was rude upon arrival to park-the promise also of handing out cards to remind you of where you parked was not accurate. The shuttle driver was friendly but the process was very uncoordinated and not smooth at all! Upon return at 11pm, not ONE shuttle EVER came to pick up anybody in the 40 mins that I waited!! There were multiple other shuttles for other parking placed multiple times that showed up! I finally paid for an uber- which ultimately defeated the purpose of the "cheap" parking and a service that was PROMISED to me!! After a long day of travel and flight delays it is not how I wanted to end my trip. Then when the Uber dropped us off, there were multiple shuttles with multiple staff members just sitting around chatting. THEN to top it off, my QR code that I'm just supposed to be able to scan to get out wouldn't work! This was by far the WORST experience!! I will never recommend this place, and I will pay 3x the amount to park elsewhere next time!! read more

I don't know what has happened here. We've parked here a ton of times and it was great. Suddenly there aren't nearly enough shuttles with picking up or dropping off. No one was guiding people at the car pickup line. We had to drive back to the main building to see if anyone was picking us up. Then we had to wait forever to get picked up. I decided to try a new airport parking lot. Could not be any happier!!! ParkDIA's service is above and beyond!! The driver is incredibly helpful and polite and he even offered us all water! Plus it's only $6 a day AND they give a 15% teacher discount! I have found my new lot for sure! read more

TERRIBLE!! THEY DO NOT HAVE A SHUTTLE EVERY 5 MINUTES!! We waited over 30 minutes for a shuttle to show up, by then there were so many people waiting you couldn't get on the shuttle. Beware of buying a Groupon for this parking lot. After buying the Groupon, I found out that you can not use it and make a reservation. I made my reservation online thinking I would be able to use the Groupon when leaving the lot. I was told that I could not use it. Therefore, you might get to the parking lot and find it full. That leaves you will the possibility of missing your flight. I will not be using them for parking in the future. read more

We have always had a good experience with ParkDIA, wait time has been minimal at airport and on their lot. Our only complaint is with their app. I have had trouble with logging on to the app and then scheduling a time. When you schedule online with a computer, the printed scan document you receive doesn't work. read more

We have used Park DIA multiple times. Since it opened a few years ago until now the service has gotten worse. We have issues using the bar code to get into the facility- every time. We wait until someone comes out and tries to open the gate for us which typically takes a few minutes. (And they struggle with the process as well.) Then we valet our vehicle which you would assume would mean quicker, better service. Wrong. We wait for a shuttle for eternity and it's almost always crammed with other passengers. The shuttle starts in the outdoor parking lots and winds it's way inside to the valet & indoor passengers. We finally end up at the airport stressed out and frustrated. As we land in Denver, we've waited and waited for a shuttle to return us to our car. I don't think it's worth the hassle, waiting time and price. Very unfortunate since Park DIA started out as a great service. Very disappointed. Probably won't use again. read more

This place is a gem! Hands down this is the best parking experience I have ever had and I will be returning to ParkDIA every time I leave town. I signed up for their elite membership to try them out for free for 7 days of parking (uncovered, covered or valet). The only thing needed for the elite membership is a credit card, the membership itself is free. When I pulled up I was greeted at the gate to make sure I was at the right place and the staff assisted me in scanning my phone and getting into the facility. I tried covered parking with my reservation and it was very easy to find a space. The shuttle came and picked me up at my car and with only 3 other people on board whisked me off to the airport. The shuttles are very clean and drivers are friendly. The facility is about the same distance as DIA's shuttle parking, but much faster as you don't have to circle the lot stopping at every bench to pick someone up. The convenience of having a QR code on my phone to check in and out was fantastic, however the only complaint I have is that it takes a LONG time for the QR reader to read the barcode on the phone. This didn't just happen when I tried to get out but the staff also had trouble when I entered and they took my phone to scan. The technology is great, but it should be easier to have the machine read the code. Perhaps some instructions or hints on how to place your phone so that it reads well, or move the scanner to a different part of the machine. Upon return I was a little concerned because we would get back at 12:45am so I called early to see if we had to request a shuttle once we were ready. Nope! They run shuttles 24/7 and all we had to do was walk to the curb for pickup. Once we picked up our luggage, I checked the ParkDIA app to find out where the shuttle was (yes, it tracks shuttle locations!) and it was waiting at the transportation curb. We caught it before it left, did a quick circle of the East side of the airport and went straight to the facility. Even at 1:25am, with us being exhausted, the driver (Selomon) was VERY friendly and had us laughing. He dropped us right at the car and we loaded up and went off. There are not a lot of cars that park here yet, so this is truly a hidden gem for now! 100% recommended! read more

I used ParkDIA for the first time over Labor Day Weekend and it was excellent. A ParkDIA employee was there when I pulled up to help me use the app for the first time and answer any questions. After I parked I was quickly picked up by a bus and shuttled to the terminal. When my returning flight landed I sent ParkDIA a message using the app and there was a bus waiting at Ground Transportation. I was dropped off at my car and on my way home quickly. I will continue to use ParkDIA every time I fly. The service was top notch and alleviated a lot of the normal travel-related stress. read more

ParkDIA always makes getting to and from DIA as simple as possible. Last night, when I got back to my car, I noticed one of my tires was flat. I was able to flag down an employee and he returned less than three minutes later with an air compressor and filled my tire. He got me back on the road in record time and did it all with a smile. For the most part, the shuttles are timely and the drivers are always super friendly. They do need to improve picking up in covered, sometimes you wait a little longer than I think you should, but they have more shuttles coming to the airport than the other services. read more

This is the place to park at DIA! They are fast, courtesy and friendly. When we came back from our trip late (11pm) and we had a flat tire! I use this place often and I am finding that more often than not, it takes a long time (30+ min) for the shuttle to pick you up. It is frustrating especially when you see all the other car park services come and go while you wait in a line of 30 people for a single bus to show up. read more

I parked here very early in the morning and it was extremely cold. I was picked up before I got my luggage out of the trunk. Time to get to terminal was quick and efficient. As I was leaving a Park DIA a single shuttle finally showed up. Definitely not enough seats to pick up even half of the people who had been standing there. When I got to the parking lot, I saw three shuttles with drivers sitting there waiting to take people to the airport. With all the complaints they were getting today, they should've dispatched everyone because I'm sure the West side was just as bad for pickup.
