I was very hesitant to try this place with all the reviews but I did anyway. I'm glad I did! We were picked up right away after we parked. We picked up one more group then headed to the airport. When we returned home, I text for the bus like they say to do. You can watch the bus come on the app & I only waited about 5 minutes for them to pull up. They dropped everyone off right by their cars. The only negative thing was our driver on the way there did not help with our bags but the driver on the way back did. We were also given a card with the location of the vehicle so we didn't have to try to remember. Overall I would say it was pretty darn good! read more

This is my FAVORITE PLACE TO PARK at DEN/DIA because they offer covered parking, pick you up or drop you off right at your car or near it, offer you bottled water, have clean bathrooms and hire AMAZING people like Gio! Gio is a special guy because he always has a smile on his face, he helps me with all my bags and his last name is Daddy-O (I'm sure I'm spelling it wrong). One time, I was in a hurry and Gio took me straight to the airport right away!! What a super guy...ParkDIA should give him a raise! read more

I usually park at Wallypark but I saved a lot more money this time around trying out ParkDIA. The only thing I was unhappy about was that I was 6 mins over the hour grace period when arriving and therefore was charged for an extra full day. Multiple shuttle services for OTHER parking companies (USParking, Parking Spot) passed by the pickup spot before a single ParkDIA bus arrived. This is even after I had texted their service. Furthermore, I parked with PARK DIA for six 6 full days. The organization will not honor the EXTRA Days I paid in full for the parking. I used 3 days with a Groupon and paid FULL price for the other 3 days. As a result of using this Groupon, I could not collect Parking credit with their loyalty plan. I spoke with the manager, but nothing was done to resolve this issue. It is quite disappointing. I will not sue their service again read more

My review of three stars is on par with their overall rating. We are in the process of moving to Denver and I have parked here a handful of times on trips back home. They are quite slow to pickup versus other companies I have used. Also, I have observed a lot of people not tip the drivers which seems to bother them. I always tip but I expect good service for it. Because the buses are all so packed, the drivers don't listen to you. One driver dropped me off at my car and I walked out, he asked if I had everything and I said no, I have two black bags up there. He said have a nice day and started to drive off and I flagged him down to get my bags. Another time I left my two bags at the door while boarding so I could get out of the way so a family could get in after me. I told the driver my two bags are at the doorway and he ignored me and almost didn't load my bags, he just kept filling up the bus with people and bags. It's one of the cheaper places so three stars seems fair. The drivers do need to do more to earn their tips (ie provide fill services to your tipping customers). Parked here again and saw every other company send four shuttles before Park DIA sent one.... read more

One bad experience at an off site parking is all it takes. I travel constantly for business and pleasure. I'm on the road half the month. USA Parking is the most consistent I have found and my go to. I tried Park DIA and won't be back. No apology no excuse, just bad service. This is how you lose people. I was at the cut off to get on the bus from the airport to Park DIA. She said a bus would be here in 2-3 minutes. 25 minutes later, she returned to pick me up as well as 60 people who accumulated waiting for a bus. People were furious. I only had to wait 25 minutes. Others had to wait over an hour. In all the commotion, I left my jacket on the bus. Do you think someone would turn it in? Nope, bus driver has a new jacket. So all the people who love Park DIA and gave it five stars are the ones who used it during a slow period with few commuters. Don't use it during a holiday weekend!!!! read more

This place doesn't know how to conduct business! I waited 50 minutes for a shuttle only to find out the wrong location to pick it up was given to me twice: Friday (the 23rd) with my receipt and today with their reply text to me when I got tired of waiting and texted a request for a shuttle.The driver laughed when I (and others) realized the shuttle was at a different Island location and said "Oh that got changed on the 20th". I said "Then why after that date are you still giving out the old information including today?". Several pilots on the shuttle were very upset too. read more

This was the worst experience ever! We waited with a slew of people for over 25 minutes! We had to wait for four shuttles after hours of traveling. We then had to go to the car to retrieve the discount ticket and then go to the office! It was absurd. I would not recommend this service! read more

ParkDIA is so easy with the app and being able to reserve ahead of time at a great rate. It is an easy and quick shuttle to the terminal and short wait time to get a shuttle back when returning. We use ParkDIA each time we have a flight from Denver. read more

I have used this shuttle twice and I wish I had learned my lesson the first time. Both times my flight arrived at night, and both times I waited over 30 minutes for a shuttle, along with dozens of other people. When a shuttle did arrive it could only fit a small fraction of the people who were waiting. This terrible parking option is certainly not worth the few dollars you may save by parking here instead of another lot. ParkDIA used to be great but it has declined. The price is right but not enough shuttles for the volume of people. I saw about 5 shuttles come by and from a competitor while a huge group of people waited for ParkDIA to bring 2 shuttles through in as much time. Driver was sarcastically nice but also ordered people to do things in broken english. He seemed to be prolonging the pickup to dropoff time on purpose. Great experience! They pick you up and drop you off right at your car, no need to wait in shuttle stop, which is great in the winter! Lots of shuttles running, so little to no wait time for a shuttle! The shuttle drivers also put your luggage on and off the shuttle! Much quicker and cheaper (with or without Groupon) than the Pikes Peak lot. Will park at ParkDIA from now on! read more

Skip this place. We waited and waited for them to show up on the west side. OK it was Sunday morning around 6:30 AM. One of the other parking lot shuttle drivers told us that we needed to text them or phone for them to come pick us up. Don't know if it was true, but we tried calling their "24/7" support line three times and it went to some voicemail box after 20 or so rings. They finally did show up over a half hour later, so it was mediocrely so-so. Also we were unable to enter the supposed discounts when we purchased the parking. It was all very frustrating. Parked here over the holidays and the service was excellent. Buses were timely, clean and drivers friendly. I sat next to a Southwest pilot and he told me it was his favorite lot. I tried it on a friends recommendation and i had a promotional coupon. I will plan to use on future trips. read more

Apparently parkdia has grown past their customer service capacity. Sure they offer lots of discounts, Groupon etc but honestly when you're waiting 35 minutes to catch a shuttle back to your car, it's not worth it. As I waited, 3 canopy parking and 3 parking spot shuttles came through. We'll be using one of those next time. read more

My friend told me about ParkDIA and I was a little nervous because I was doing this by myself and so late at night. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. I parked in the covered parking and they were right there to bring me to the airport. When I returned from my trip, I waited maybe 5 minutes. Park DIA is a good find. I flew out of DEN the week before Christmas. The airport was busy with the holiday rush. The shuttle picked me up as soon as I parked and got my bag out. on The trip back my experience was just as good. It was a cold day, I walked to the designated pick area and a driver pick me up within 5 minutes. I was taken right to my car and on my way. I've never had such an awesome experience trying to get to the airport. Parking in the facility was a breeze, and CHEAP!!! ($7 a day!) There was a shuttle that followed me to my parking spot, and waited for me to get my baggage (and life) together at my car (I was a mess that day). My driver was DRE .... super sweet guy, helped with my bags, just a great guy. When I came back from my trip, I walked out to the island where the shuttles run, I called the # on my ticket, and had a shuttle there in 2 minutes. They dropped me off at my car, and that was that. Was very pleased with the service getting out to the airport- picked you up directly at your car, and staff was very friendly. However, on the return we waited approximately 25 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. We had purchased a group-on for 5 days, and we showed up an hour past the 5 days mark, and got charged an entire extra day. Very frustrated with the customer service in the front office. This should be based on an hourly rate until a full day is used. read more

TERRIBLE. My truck was stolen from this lot while I was away on my trip. The manager offered me the phone number to the police department and a ride to AVIS to rent a car. He also suggested that I claim a high number of valuables in the truck. Police department told me many trucks have been stolen from this lot. INSIDE JOB. DON'T leave your vehicle here. They refused to turn over video surveillance and would not even refund my parking fees. A lawsuit is in order on this one. read more

This is an excellent service. The van takes you directly to the doors of DIA terminal, where you walk in directly to the counter. Then on return, you walk directly out of the baggage area, to the shuttle island, and take a van back, which is always there waiting. The drivers are communicative and excellent. The parking is easier than long-term because there is ALWAYS a space ready for your car and the van is right there! It may seem longer getting to the terminal, but it isn't - the long-term lot forces you to walk and take time. There is no beating the price and even better with their promotions. You are missing out if you don't use this service. read more

Very efficient service. First time using them so I provided them my email and created a login with them(completely free although requires a credit card). First time users receive 7 days free parking in either covered or uncovered parking(you have to stay a minimum of four days to qualify). So I saved about $60 for my 4 day covered stay. Made a reservation through their app, parked, and a bus just happened to be waiting right by my parking stall. The driver, dre, was super friendly and helped with my luggage on board. Really awesome guy. He got to the airport in 10 minutes and was a safe driver. Return trip was just as easy. Used the app to text them i was at the airport and a bus showed up 5 minutes later. They even asked if I was the one that texted. They drop you off exactly at your parked car regardless of whether you park in covered or uncovered! Much appreciated after having a long flight. There's no doubt I'll use them for future flights, even though I would have to pay next time. TIP: SAVE THE TICKET WITH YOUR PARKING SPOT NUMBER THAT YOU GET WHEN YOU FIRST PARK. It makes it so much easier for the driver to return you to your car especially when the bus has several passengers. read more

These guys are on the ball! We have parked here on 3 separate occasions, all of which have been completely painless and straightforward. The staff at the main parking building have been extremely helpful and courteous every time, and our shuttle drivers have been very courteous as well. We've never had to wait very long at either the airport or at the parking facility to be picked up either way - maybe 10 minutes at the most. Parking and exiting the facility is also extremely easy. We have yet to have any problems and will continue to park here when we need to for flights. Great experiences! read more

Today was my first experience with Park DIA and it was outstanding! At $6/ day for uncovered parking, the price is hard to beat. I paid online the day before, (although next time I will probably not pay ahead of time bcs it is the same price if you just pay when you get there.) and scanning my QR code was easy and got me right in where I quickly found a parking spot and immediately there was a shuttle to pick me up. Howard was my driver and he totally rocked it! He took my bag for me, offered me a complimentary bottle of water, made good conversation, and whisked me straight to DIA in about 5 min. He dropped me off at a great spot and explained how to catch the shuttle back when I return. Doesn't get much easier and more affordable than this! read more

I've used ParkDIA several times and had previously recommended it to many of my friends. It's cheaper than many of the surrounding shuttle lots and offers free days as you build up points by using their app. The 1 star is for their lack of customer support. I parked there for 8 days in December and made a reservation for the dates through the app a week before and was charged then. When I arrived, I used my reservation QR code to enter; however, when I went to exit my check out QR code wouldn't work. I went over to the person working the exit window and she seemed to get it to work without question. Turns out, I was charged AGAIN for another 8 day reservation. I have emailed them with details of the charges and have now called them 3 times and have received ZERO indication that they are working to resolve the issue. I will most certainly be looking to other shuttle lots for my future airport parking needs and will recommend others also avoid ParkDIA for this reason read more

ParkDIA needs more shuttles running or a more consistent scheduling of the shuttles running. On my last trip, I got to the lot to head to the airport and there was not a single shuttle waiting to load passengers. I called and the operator said someone is on there way. 10 minutes pass and I call again and she apologized and said that one is 30 seconds away. I asked if the company had cut the number of shuttles running and she explained that they did not and had 6 shuttles operating. 6 shuttles running and not one is sitting in the main lot waiting to bring passengers to the airport?!?! Ridiculous. I asked for the driver to drop at the east terminal first since I was delayed 20 minutes for there lack of coordinating shuttles and she said ok. Where did she go first? The west terminal... On my return home, when I landed, I called DIA as I got off the tram and said I needed a pick up at the east terminal. The operator says there is a shuttle there now and I said hold the driver, I am 30 seconds away. As I get outside the driver starts to slowly drive away... Are you kidding me?! She apologized and said that the communication was not received in time?! We are talking about real time radio communication....not received in time? Meanwhile she says a shuttle will be back in 15 minutes. OH GREAT, fantastic, now I can wait and count ALL of the other parking shuttles that have a more consistent schedule of pickups. I counted 5 Canopy shuttles, 4 parking Spot shuttles, 3 USA Parking shuttles... Do you know what waiting 20 minutes for one of your shuttles does to your customers ParkDIA? Let's them realize how much better your competition is at running an offsite airport parking company. Two stars for proximity to airport but that is the only advantage you have, everything else you are failing at. By the way, this is the 3rd time I have had a pickup experience like this so 3 strikes you're out. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

My family- my wife, myself, my two little daughters and both my elderly parents- arrived at DIA around 11:30 and after getting settled, we headed straight to island 5 on the fifth floor at the east terminal to get a shuttle. We had to wait from 12:02 AM until 1:15AM in the morning for the shuttle to finally pick us up. If I could, I might have counted dozens of other shuttles passed us by. Finally we were picked up by a driver named "Charles" on shuttle #6. This driver let my wife and two daughters get in but then he literally blocked my elderly father w/o even a warning, then stated that only 3 seats are left. Both my parents and I were the next ones up, so we told him that we "have 3 people." But the guy in the back of the line yelled out that he needed to get in because his family is already in the shuttle. So the driver automatically told us we have to wait for the next bus even though I also told him that" my wife and two kids" are also in the shuttle as well. All I can say is I'll never use this parking service again not only due to horrible customer service but also bigotry. Waited for about 45 minutes for a shuttle to come pick us up from the airport (Park DIA advertises on their website that a shuttle comes every 5 minutes). There were about 20 or more of us waiting for a shuttle and we called more than 3 times requesting one. Even with us calling, they still took forever to actually send a shuttle to us. It was about 25 degrees outside. When the shuttle finally came, the driver was extremely rude and insisted this was only happening because "all flights seemed to be arriving at once today." If you only send ONE shuttle every hour, then of course it is going to be crowded and appear that we all landed at once. When we expressed complaints to the driver, he threatened to not drive us at all.... I saw about 10 or more of every other parking lot shuttle (USA Airport Parking, The Parking Spot, etc.) come during the time we waited. I will definitely be using one of those lots next time I drive to the airport.... read more
