The vet tech was extremely helpful, polite, & completed all her tasks. She even helped us get our large dog on the scale. The veterinarian greeted us with warm smiles & asked questions of any concerns about my dog. The service he performed was outstanding, professional & thorough. The vet tech did a surprisingly & quick performance cutting my dogs' nails! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I've been bringing my dog here since she was a pup & is now a 4 year old, very large dog & is a Caucasian Ovcharka/Siberian Husky. My dog looks forward to go to the vet until her name is called to go in the appointment room & then she protests. She's good for another year!

Didn't know East Grand Forks was that populated, I guess the whole town comes to this one veterinarian XD pretty sure vaccines don't take that long either. Oh, well.

We brought in our dog for routine shots. The Doctor stated that she could see a small ear infection…read moreso she prescribed her drops for both ears. The medication is called easotic hydrocortisone acetonate. We followed the directions as stated by the doctor. Now our dog is completely DEAF!!!. We called right away after we started noticing a change. The staff was not helpful at all and still required us to pay them for the second visit. They didn't have any solution for us. It is unbelievable that they prescribed us a medication that we had no clue could cause complete hearing loss and charged us for bringing her back in to see what was happening. I want to bring caution to current and future customers. They clearly care more about their bottom dollar than the emotions of a family.

Gave us no medication and no cone to prevent…read morelicking if it was too happen. 6-7 days later we noticed our cats wound is starting to smell and possibly open up. We call the vet at 11 on March 29 asking them for guidance. They get back to us in the afternoon saying we will talk to the doctor. Wait the whole day and get nothing back. Call the next morning saying our cats wound is literally opening and they don't even care. All she says is that our antibiotics are ready. Will be forever taking our business elsewhere and if anybody asks me about grand valley I will be leading them away. Absolutely riciculous and pathetic people. Edit: After they said antibiotics will help but couldn't make anytime for us to come in. Called the emergency line and she said to absolutely bring that cat into the vet in the morning. Have since taken our business to kindness and they have helped immensely. Cat needs to go back into surgery thanks to grand valley
