Not only does Debra check all of my hormones but they also monitor my thyroid and do a great blood analysis before each treatment. I am now 76 and would not ever quit this therapy. My husband receives therapy as well and at our ages I can tell you this is essential. Yes, this costs money but give up dinner out! Totally worth the investment.

I wasn't unhappy with my treatment but since switching to Hormone Health and Weight Loss I have realized there were things that were missing. I only had labs done once a year with Biote and now going to Hormone Health I have labs done before every treatment. I have less side effects having my pellet specific to each treatment and what my body is needing at the time. Once I started seeing the provider at Hormone Health I realized I should of been prescribed progesterone to support and protect my body with being on hormone replacement. I also struggled with sleep issues and insomnia for years and right away I started sleeping through the night. It was a life changer! With my Biote insertion I would bruise terribly and be unable to sit or lay on that side for a good week. With Hormone Health I hardly even knew that I had just had treatment. No bruising or pain hardly at all. It has been worth the change in my hormone replacement therapy knowing that I am cared for as an individual.

Once I was done Mrs. Tina walked me over to the surgery waiting area and Mrs. Dense let them know I was ready. I waited maybe about 15 mins before Sarah came and got me. She took my vitals and got me situated for the surgery . Dr. Chae came and let me know we would start around 10:30am. He is always upbeat and chipper. The anesthesiologist Dr. Weddle came in and explained what she was going to be doing durning surgery. She was very explanatory and nice. Her assistant came in and let me know what she will be doing as well. She was nice and friendly. They set me up with the prep... meaning they had already put some of the anesthesia in my IV so I felt myself fading. I woke up in recovery and the nurse I had was so nice and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable until my room was ready. When I made it to my room Rielly was my nurse and they were getting ready for upcoming shift change. She was very nice and attentive. Later on that evening; I had David as a nurse and Nyosha as my CNA.. when I tell you they both went above and beyond with my care. I have no complaints. David was very chilled and laid back. I love how attentive to my pain and over care for getting better to be prepared for home. He said on schedule with my meds and helped manage my pain very well. I didn't have to call him for anything because he was already 2 steps ahead. Nyosha made sure I was very comfortable and had all that I needed.. she stayed on top of me staying hydrated and kept me comfortable. Erica from nutrition was amazing. They made sure everything was good and on time.. so my husband ordering a guest plate was more than enough. He loved all the dishes he ordered durning my stay. The staff was very polite and super friendly. When the shift came in the morning, I had Celine the nurse and Fudy was my CNA. They were a great team as well. They had taken care of all my needs durning the morning. I had to stay one more night just to be on the safe side. I had Angelina my nurse and Alexa was the CNA. They worked so well together. They made sure I was comfortable and managed my pain. I was have some abdominal cramping and Angelina bought me some heating packs. What a life saver. They felt so good and warm that it help my tummy. Housekeeping was great. She was very nice and sweet. She cleaned my room both times while I was there. She was very attentive to detail and just very humbled. Everyone was extremely helpful and I do recommend them to family and friends.

I found a cafeteria in the basement and it didnt look good, but I was tired and hungry so I gave it a chance. The food was very limited, but I found a "pulled pork" sausage, some mac and cheese that looked like it came from a box you would find in the dollar store and some brown coleslaw. Needless to say that it all looked and tasted terrible and I soon found myself having stomach pains and rushing to a bathroom. Never again!

Dr. Hakim and his amazing surgical team performed ablations and my pain level diminished so much that I hardly noticed it. Dr Hakim is kind, knowledgeable, skilled and caring. I could not ask for more in a doctor, In addition to Dr Hakim, his PA, Tara DeCrescentis is also extremely professional, highly-educated and compassionate. She was able to evaluate me and explain in great detail what my issues were and how they could be resolved. She filed the necessary paperwork for insurance immediately and I was quickly approved and scheduled for the procedure. Again, one couldn't ask for more in a medical professional. I also want to acknowledge the rest of the staff who followed-up with clear pre-op instructions and post-op check-in. Annie and Lexie were both a wonderful help in several communications when I was working with my insurance company. They, too, were great at follow-up and keeping me posted. I highly recommend Dr Hakim and the whole SpineOne team

Everything with them and the medical team was even better than I was expecting. The doctors even followed up the next day. The issue was with the billing / payment process. From the instructions given to me for billing prior to the procedure, to the day of confusion caused by the desk staff, the whole thing was a mess. The surgery center office gave me a number to call about Billing before the procedure, which I did and set up a payment plan, OK so no problems when I should check in on check-in day. On the day of the procedure I offered them my insurance card and let them know that I had already set up payment plan and they looked at me like I was crazy and said we don't do payment plans. then they force me to sign a payment obligation form in front of them that would split it up amongst three payments, three large payments. I told them that my insurance would kick in and the procedure would be a lot less than what they were quoting me, but they swore that this is what it would cost me. They completely did not believe me, when I had done everything they had asked of me. at that point, I wasn't trying to worry too much because my child's procedure/health came before Billing, not feeling that from them, but from my perspective, they have given me a number to call later on in the day that they said, I actually could set up a payment plan through another one of their phone numbers. So therefore, after my child was settled comfortably later on in the day at home, I called up the phone number that they provided, and they still said we don't typically provide payment plans. Besides the one you were offered at the desk. Again, I was being misled. They ended up escalating it for me and I got an OK payment plan which I just accepted because that's what the situation was at the time I told them that I did not want my current payment plan of the three payments used at all because I was gonna get a new payment plan then a few weeks later I was told that I was charged for my second payment of the three on the plan and I never authorized that. In addition, I was told that oh your insurance kicked in and now you only owe a very small amount of your bill left, but we'll split that into two. I told them I'm not sure what happened because I never authorize the second of the third payments and that I had already told the desk staff, and they swore otherwise that my insurance will kick in and I would owe a lot less, which is why I didn't agree with the original plan. It was so frustrating. I've never had such a frustrating Billing experience with the doctors office before. Then they had the audacity to ask me are you satisfied now? I told them that I wasn't satisfied, but it is what it is then they had the audacity to send me a bill saying I owed the full amount, not acknowledging the payment plan, after I spoke to them. This whole thing has been a mess. I would just recommend that you go to another place for your or a family members procedure, don't go here. This was a mess and it's too bad because the rest of the day went well.
