It is located a little farther from the down town area, and is a little walk to the Tram, but beyond that there is much more. The parking is nicer, outdoor and garage. It has a lovely sauna and pool, and the restaurant is very nice. In addition, it is a short walk to everything you need, a lovely large grocery store, a department store, many various excellent restaurants, and even a coin laundry matt, for those that don't have the $$$$ to spend on expensive hotel laundry services. There are some nicer hotels right downtown, but for the price this beats them, and the quiet little park does as well. It is my go to for whenever I return to Grenoble, France.

However, there are 2 parking spots on the sidewalk out front (yes, you read that correctly) if you need to drop off your luggage or load up your vehicle. The bathroom mirror had a built-in magnifying mirror. The bed had a lot of big pillows and a thick mattress pad. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Lots of selections.
