And here I was, again looking for a car... I hate car shopping. My wife and I found a car at Park Cities that we both agreed would work for us. Funny thing is, I forgot that the very car I drove for the last 5 years came from Park Cities. I happen to trust Lincolns, so there was the added confidence in the product specialist. I communicated with the sales person via text while en-route, and when I arrived they were ready for me. The salesperson was quick to display both cars and explain the difference. He was knowledgeable on all aspects of the cars and their functionality which is what I would expect from a dealership. We were even shown functionality that we had no idea existed in our existing cars. This place is spotless and the sales staff here is trained to show constant courtesy and acknowledgement. Even the sales guys I wasn't working with offered my wife and I a drink or a bottled water. I like feeling like I matter when I'm getting ready to spend money on a car. A car is considered a major purchase and there is always a given amount of stress that comes with that purchase. When we got to the "haggle" part of the transaction, it went about as good as one would expect, we went back and fourth a few times and ended up with a price we saw as desirable. While the price didn't adjust as low as I wanted, I feel confident leaving this place with a care with a 5 year 100k warranty and a dealership to stand behind it. I've had terrible experiences with them in the past and haven't gone back for almost 2 years, but I did on 9/10/20. I walked in the service department and stood there for about 2 minutes while about 10+ men and a woman continued about there day as if I was invisible. Not 1 person acknowledged me or so much as looked at me. One employee was 6ft from me laughing while staring at his phone. I was the only customer in the building. It is astonishing to me that people use this service department. Their jobs are far to secure. read more

The salesman Justin took me to the car I liked and then I realized it didn't have a sunroof. Then with an attitude he says "well you picked it"! I must have somehow overlooked that and he asked if it was a deal breaker and I said yes. He then said ok let me find one. He comes back and said he found one close by and started going over numbers. It all felt rushed and I didn't like his attitude and decided to leave. While I was there I mentioned I didn't like the auto start and he said they could permanently turn it off which I later found out that wasn't true. I went home and googled the VIN of the car he showed. Turns out it's in Arkansas I wouldn't call that close by. I ended up getting the MKC at Grapevine Lincoln where the customer service was awesome! They took time to show me all these cool features and took the time to walk me through everything . No I wasn't paid I'm simply a person that wants service to match the money I'm spending! read more

Specifically dealing with James the attitude in dealing with this dealership has been that you need them more than they need you. Truly lacking customer service, which is disappointing for a dealership selling cars that can cost 100k. Unwilling to help find a vehicle that suited my needs, his only willingness to go above and beyond was to call me a few times after my test drive to see if I was still in the market. When I called back and said yes and found out they didn't have my preference in stock I got a very dry, "sorry I can't help you." Looks like if I'm not making you money this afternoon, James, I'm just not worth your time. read more

I hate to give in to stereotypes but if you're a female expect to be treated like a 3rd class citizen. Yes your patience will be tested! Lots of guys standing around holding their junk with thumbs up their you know what. And you madam will be ignored. You'll "say hey I was next" you'll make eye contact but you'll still be invisible. Lots of handshaking and back patting but you'll continue to be ignored. The minute you step in you're voting rights just got revoked and you'll appear in a kitchen, barefoot and pregnant!!!! Just bought my 5th car from Park Cities Lincoln and my third from David Hayes. I had to get the deal worked out before the end of August as my lease was ending but I couldn't seem to get out of the office. They allowed me to test drive it overnight and I decided that I was going to buy it. David and James worked around my schedule, picked the car up from me, had it detailed, and delivered it back to me at work. Talk about going the extra mile! My turn signal went out. I called Park Cities Lincoln Ford several times in early January and got "Ben's" voicemail. Finally Ben called me back and was told Lincoln had moved but I could have an appointment there at Ford but couldn't have a Lincoln loaner. I made an appointment for the 22nd but couldn't keep it due to illness. I was told when I cancelled I'd have to call the new dealership and they gave me a number to call. That number kept giving me "Mikes" voicemail and I left a message and got no response so I kept calling. I finally left another message again explaining my situation and he had Nicole call me and make an appointment. No loaner cars were available for several days so I decided to just drop it off. Silly me thinking they would have a shuttle-NO. When I arrived there was no service signage. I asked a guy picking up trash and he directed me to an entrance. Nope wrong one. The one I needed to use I passed by because of a huge lift blocking the driveway. My car got fixed, Nicole was wonderful but wasn't there when I picked up my car and was told to pay online. Now I can't find a website so I pulled up the old one and a guy came on to Chat. I told him I needed info on the new dealership and he gave me the old address and number. This transition really needs some help! Nicole is the only person checking in cars and has to shuttle people. It would really help to have a live human being to answer the phone. I was reassured when I talked to a gentlemen who said it has also taken him 5 weeks to get service expected of a Lincoln dealership. read more

I have to say the service, negotiations, finance process are bar none. They were not pushy, listened to your request, didn't do hard upsales, like most dealerships, or make you feel uncomfortable. They answered questions, were friendly and made you feel welcomed. By far this was the smoothest process to go through. In addition, they helped to walk through all the gadgets on my vehicle and app. I had to go back the following day to address a few things, and was greeted like an old friend. They had all my questions and concerns addressed without pause. This is not my first rodeo, in regards to car buying, and was pleasantly surprised.
