I spent over $20,000 on new units on 8/13/2024, and have had approximately 10 calls for service since installation! Our money bought an AC unit that couldn't keep my house cooler than my old unit, vents that sweat and drip water on the floor, a higher electric bill, and a company full of incompetent and inexperienced technicians. The technicians solution to my problems was to spend another $5000 on new duct work and cover my attic exhaust to "make my attic hotter so it would make my house cooler". To make matters worse, the unit was wired incorrectly and the drip pan overflowed causing water damage. When I called the company for service that night after working a 13 hour shift, no one called me back. So again just like the sweating vents, and various other problems, we cleaned up the mess ourselves. I called the company Monday morning and Corona assured me that "this is not that way we do business and we will make this right". Two months later and I've had to clean paint off my floor and entertainment center from their painter and patiently waited for their contractor to try and match my floor using "chat GBT" or the information and board I provided to them. When they realized they couldn't match it is when Corona said that my husband and I wanted "something for nothing" (next time before you talk trash about your customers make sure you hang up the phone). When I confronted her during our next phone call, of course she lied and denied it. Also, since my husband and I refused to let them give us a mismatched floor, the owner and Corona decided our floor was only worth $468. I don't believe this makes my floor anywhere even close to "right", Corona and Rachel.
