The service was very slow and disappointing. Changing one flat tire took around an hour and a half, which is not reasonable. Even replacing four tires in the past took about the same amount of time. Saying the service is "free" does not make up for wasting customers' time. Overall, this was not a good experience. read more

WOW WOW WOW! The last 5 years have been tremendously stressful for me financially & emotionally. COVID started the pressure followed by the insane seller's housing market due to low inventory which I feel was based on homeowner's fear of the future so not wanting to think about selling/buying another home. Mortgage rates rose which made it more difficult for buyers to qualify for a mortgage payment for even lower priced homes. My niche was first time buyers getting down payment assistance. To survive, I took Social Security early and rented out rooms in my house. Unfortunately, I had some bad tenants who stopped paying rent, became intimidating to me as a single woman with 2 smaller rescue dogs. They went as far as to accuse me of assault which landed me in jail. I had a restraining order against me. The home I worked my butt off to pay 2 mortgages on for 24.5 years I could no longer be within 100 feet of. That started in early April. I am going back to court again on August 15, hopefully for the last time. I have high hopes this will get dismissed. In the meantime, I had to borrow $ from friends to stay in a noisy Motel 6 at Arapahoe & I25. Luckily they don't require a deposit NOR do they have a pet fee. I put a very good friend on title to my home so he could post 10 day Notices to Pay on the door & get my dogs. They had not been getting fed or watered. My dogs are my babies. They sleep with me and are truly my best friends. Being away from them was the worst experience of my life. Over the last 30 years I have rescued 8 cocker spaniels. I have attached a picture of Miss Bella & Mr. Barkley. Bella is the fawn colored one & is 21 years young! Barkley is 12. The tenants were leaving the back door wide open and turning the heat up to 79 degrees. The day I finally could come back to my home the counters were so dirty that I did not dare put anything on them. The floors had so much dirt as they stopped taking off their shoes. Why am I telling you all this? I have trusted Paris Tire & Service since it was originally Jim Paris. I have been going there for over 20 years. Lucky for me they are about 5 minutes from my home. I have had them come to my home to jump my battery when I accidentally left the car door open all night. A few months ago I was leaving Lowry area and knew right away I had a flat tire. I called and drove there immediately barely able to control the car as it was ruined from apparently hitting too many pot holes. I do my BEST to avoid those but sometimes it is inevitable. Jeff found a used tire for me that day which was great so I didn't have to drive around on the little spare. Throughout the last 20 years I have taken my car there for oil changes and regular maintenance. When I needed my power steering pump replaced, they got me in VERY QUICKLY as I could barely turn the steering wheel. Any time I have had work done at Paris Tire & Service, I always received a quote before any work was started either by phone or sometimes I would stay in their lobby where they have free wifi. They have ALWAYS come in at or below their quote, NEVER above. I know nothing about car engines, etc., so it would be easy to pull the wool over my eyes which based on Brooke W.'s 03/24/2005 review, happened to her at a chain auto shop telling her she needed $9K of repairs which was not the case at all. Paris Tire & Service treats their clients as they would their own family. They ALWAYS want you to get the best deal & are very honest. It is one less stressor in my life to know I do NOT have to take my car to a few places to make sure getting the best deal. I KNOW without a shadow of a doubt that Jeff & his team really care about me as a person and are always working on my behalf. Jeff has a way of ALWAYS making me laugh and let's me escape from thinking about everything else when I am there. Jeff and his staff all exude kindness. Leadership starts at the top. Values trickle down. I know that Jeff would never keep an employee who didn't live up to what the company stands for. Trustworthy, Honest, Hard Working & Professional! Vehicle was returned in the same condition (no dirt on the seats or floor mats or steering wheel, driver's seat kept in same position, radio wasn't touched). Good work for the price. Awesome family owned business with a great staff who will take care if you and your car no matter what the dilemma you might have! I was recommended to them my a neighbor who is a personal friend and was able to get my Jeep in and out in a day! I've got an older Jeep that I love but has become quite the money pit lately but guess it's expected for a 13 year old vehicle! I needed brakes, shocks, and an oil change and when I dropped it off they said they would call with pricing and did so within a couple of hours later. To replace the front and rear brake pads it was roughly $550 with parts and labor and the oil change was $38. The quote to replace my shocks was going to be about $600 more so unfortunately I had sticker "shock" and wasn't able to do it at the same time... especially with Christmas creeping up in 2 weeks. Santa unfortunately doesn't bring shocks no matter how good I feel I had been this year haha! While this place is more expensive than the chain stores I had called before, this team truly made sure to take care of me and ensure I was driving away in a vehicle they felt was safe and confident of the work performed. I have an undesirable talent. If there's a nail, bolt, screw, or giant staple on the road, my tires will be impaled by it. I had a slow leak on a tire and rolled in here. They pumped me up to hold me over to get my kid to our doctor's appt. I came back the next day and they found the leak, repaired it, and actually reattached my rim better than the last place I went (from a previous nail...told ya!). The other place put it back together so my rim looked crooked but it was free there. These guys charged me $25 and it was done 200% better with everything properly checked and safer than before! read more

I've gone in for fixing flats and replacing entire tire sets. The place itself is set up nicely in case you have to wait while you have your car worked on - many types of magazines (and current too), comfortable couches/chairs (indoors and out if you want to be outside), a battery source with many types of cables to plug your electronics to, etc. This is the only tire place we go to, definitely recommend them! read more

Avoid this place if you need to get serious car work done, as they did NOT do a good job! I purchased a car in January of this year (2024) that had some front end work done (new struts, new control arms with ball joints and a new sway bar), as well as the installation of new brakes and brand new tires. About two months later I hear this clicked sound every time I turned left and I thought it may have been a bad CV joint or something. I took it into my mechanic, and he worked on it. Upon his work completion, he told me that the left brake line was not put on the right way as it wasn't even attached correctly. Every time he would turn the steering wheel to the left, the brake line would twist in-between the brake pad and wheelbase, which was causing that clicking sound. About a week ago, I took it in for an oil change at my usualy place and they recommended that I get the control arms with ball joints and brakes replaced. I've only driven this car roughly 11,000 miles. So I took it to my mechanic for a second opinion and had him work on it. Upon his work completion, he had replaced the entire right ball joint as it was in bad condition. He had to replace the left ball joint because it was super loose (the screw wasn't tight at all, he unscrewed it with his hand) and it could have caused some serious problems if it wasn't addressed. The reason I had to take it to my mechanic is because they voided all warranty parts because it transferred owners. I tried to get my tires rotated earlier in the year, and they said they'd charge me because the tires were no longer warrantied due to owner transfer, so I went to DIscount Tires. Avoid this place if you can! They don't honor warranties and they don't completely check their work when they are done. read more
