And it's not like you can use that whole "people are starving in 3rd world countries and you're throwing away food" against me because who the fuck in their right mind starving to death would eat a half eaten habanero anyway? Nobody, that's who. So if you like Jalapeno's and Habanero's, their bins are so full and they're so cheap, you can act like a fat Mexican King, nibbling off the best part and spitting the rest at the dog. Yea Produce Junction!

This way, there would be comfort and perhaps some ease. I called the market a few minutes after closing. A woman picked up and was very helpful and patient with answering questions. The next day I placed an order for delivery. Some foodstuffs were out of stock. She graciously called me and offered similar items to substitute and assured me that all would be delivered on time. And it was. My buddy was touched by the gesture and enjoyed the food. Major thank you to the staff at Bonterra. Please excuse me for forgetting the name of the woman I spoke with. You're awesome!

I buy both products at other food stores and never experienced this! I called the next day to return both. When I arrived at the store I was received by a less that positive customer experience. Mike became very confrontational claiming the grapes weren't in season and too bad they're not satisfying. He finally agreed to refund me, begrudging; when I got to the parking lot I realized he only refunded me for the grapes yet KEPT the bread and my receipt. I returned to then to the store to tell him. He yelled about the return again and seemed not to have a customer service return acceptance. I ended up leaving with no bread in hand and no refund. This truly is bad business because not only did they get my payment for the bread ($4.99) I'm sure they'll receive a credit ftom PF (Pepperidge Farm) for the return. Wow!! I must add....beware of the fruits you buy here. Some are just on the verge of going beyond bad. My rule of buying fruits and melons....if it doesn't smell like it, it won't taste like it . Some fruits will ripen at home, but I still stand by my smell test for the tastiest fruits! Also, examine each bag of potatoes and onions for a bad one or two.
