I buy both products at other food stores and never experienced this! I called the next day to return both. When I arrived at the store I was received by a less that positive customer experience. He finally agreed to refund me, begrudging; when I got to the parking lot I realized he only refunded me for the grapes yet KEPT the bread and my receipt. I returned to then to the store to tell him. He yelled about the return again and seemed not to have a customer service return acceptance. I ended up leaving with no bread in hand and no refund. This truly is bad business because not only did they get my payment for the bread ($4.99) I'm sure they'll receive a credit ftom PF (Pepperidge Farm) for the return. Wow!!
