They do not give any shots or immunizations at the actual location, you have to go to the health department. We tried to get them to send just some of the paperwork for new patients ahead of time, which we have had done time and time again in Nashville, and they out right refused. Wouldn't give any realistic reason at all. They are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. I wouldn't go to this place if I was dying and it was the only doctor in the world.

I switched to this therapy…read morecenter after a short stint at Mark Their Words (had a terrible experience there), and the care my child received was night and day. My daughter has autism and actually started using some words within 4 months. Anna and Autumn at the front desk have top tier customer service, they try their best to fit you into scheduling if you need another time than your kid's normal scheduled appointment, and the finance department will work with you so your child can continue to receive therapy if you get behind as long as you talk to them. My daughter had 2 therapists here before going with Carly... all three were knowledgeable and worked with my daughter at her own pace. I personally love Carly who introduced us to the AAC device and is currently undergoing that process to see if it's a good fit for my kid. if I could give 10 stars to Cornerstone, I would. Hate that'll I'll be moving away next year as I will miss this facility, but I know my daughter is receiving the best care for speech therapy until we finally leave.

Dr. Tangilag has been my primary care physician for over two years and my dad's PCP for longer. She…read morehas always been so pleasant to see for annuals, checkups, sick visits, and follow ups. I usually had to drive my dad, so I saw her more than twice as many times as I needed. She shows a genuine care for our well-being. And, we always felt very confident and comfortable that she knew her stuff. She had appointments available that were convenient for us, but has also made time for us when needed at the last minute. I even piggy-backed on one of my dad's appointments, so that I could see her for myself. Our wait times were not too long and usually short (surprisingly sometimes). Now, about the clinic itself. Today, I did not get to see my primary as she was not working today. Instead I saw one of the nurse practitioners, Ms. Lewis. It was my first time, so when she walked in smiling and in a generally happy mood, it set the tone. I was comfortable with her. She was easy to talk to (and my one-year old seemed to have a lot to say also). It was a quick visit to assess my symptoms. Then, she sent a prescription to my pharmacy which was ready to pick up within an hour. I didn't have a long wait to see her, but had a long wait to check in. Luckily, I received their text reminder to pre-check in online. Opened the text, click the link to a secure site, checked in and paid my copay online before I left to go to the clinic. So convenient! I didn't have to sit in the waiting room to fill out the questions on their tablet nor have to make payment over the counter. It seems to cut down a lot of time waiting before the appointment time. Will I continue going after my primary physician leaves? Yes. I prefer continuity with my doctor, but I am going to have continuity in the same office at the least. So far, I really like all the doctors and nurses that I've seen here!

At 8am this morning, I received a call to tell me that I can't be seen today with the nurse practitioner, I will need to see my primary first. Why did they make the appointment with the nurse practitioner many months ago if I needed to see my primary first? UPDATE: I was told that the nurse practitioner and the primary doctor aren't on the same "team". So that is an excuse have have me lose a day's pay? Very disappointed and upset (mentally & physically). I will spend my day off finding another medical practice.

We've been taking our youngest to her since birth and have moved our others kids to this practice. The nurses are all wonderful. We've always gotten great scheduling. Recently one of our little suffered an ankle injury and they got us seen within 30 minutes and pulled out all the stops to get them to the orthopedist immediately. We are so incredibly greatful to everyone at Vanderbilt pediatrics and highly recommend. The care has been excellent all around.

It was an absolutely traumatizing introduction.My newborn was born with a physical feature that the birth hospital explicitly documented in our official discharge papers as being present at birth. Instead of conducting a thorough physical exam or actually reading the hospital records I provided, the provider relied on instant stereotyping and bias. They completely ignored the medical history and immediately jumped to filing a false child services report.As a new mom, this gross negligence completely shattered my postpartum recovery. I had to put my own physical and mental health to the side to defend against an administrative nightmare that never should have happened if this provider had simply done their job and read the chart.To be judged, stereotyped, and subjected to malpractice on our very first visit is unacceptable. Parents--especially those recovering postpartum--please beware of the lack of due diligence, systemic bias, and complete disregard for maternal and medical history at this practice.
