Very disappointing experience (at Northland Shopping Centre). I liked several eyewear frames and bluntly was refused to be provided with the glass frame model design code to shop around for a better deal. As quoted by the sales woman "you need to buy from us and that's the only way you will get the designer glass frame model code, or where losing customers". No other competitor stores seem to have any issues writing down their eye frame model codes. Not only can I use the endless resource of the internet to find the model code, I can also use it to leave negative feedback for rude and disrespectful sales reps at Paris Miki Optical stores and do Not recommend other customers from having a negative experience from Paris Miki Optical stores. read more
