We stopped in because we needed a new battery for our f150…read more 3 men and one tiny woman working, all huddled behind the counter, no customers. The three guys pointed to her, so i explained what i needed. She went and got me the battery. Now, i was doing a fair amount of business with another oriely's before we moved here. Restoring this or that. In fact, the previous battery was purchased and installed by that oriely's. This one however, straight up lied to my face, claiming that they don't install or test batteries. I double checked with my usual place, found out this was indeed a lie. As a corperate policy they are supposed to test/install batteries unless there is an issue that would perclude this. Not the number 1 selling truck in texas. (I would also mention that i am handicapped and am forced to use a cane. So they leave an old, handicapped man to drag a battery to the truck with a cane. Wouldn't even carry it out when they were supposed to INSTALL it.) If you can't trust these deceptive s.o.b.s about a battery, why would you trust them with a $.10 screw or a $3,000 crate motor. I've not used the autozone next door yet, but our family and our garrages will go elsewhere from now on. I recommend doing the same. These people are a disgrace to the corperation, the community, and autophiles everywhere. If you've had issues with these dirtbags... 233 South Patterson Avenue Springfield, MO 65802-2298 Contact the corperate offices!

HUGE shoutout to team member Hunter Steelman, located on 2035 Lamar Ave, Paris, TX…read more I went in about a week ago to use the free battery tester on my car, it had been giving me some issues starting. The young man was quick to help me with anything and everything that I needed. He hooked me up with the supplies to change my oil and do some tune ups on a few other things and then guided me through the process of getting the right battery for my car. He explained the pros and cons of each product he sold me to really give me the opportunity to thrive. I was very impressed of his knowledge of everything in the store, he was confident in what he was doing. Hunter made my experience at O'Reillys 10/10, he was funny, professional, very intelligent, had great customer service skills, and was excellent at his job. We need more people like him in this world!

From Kristen at the front receptionist desk to Holly at the car rental desk, and everyone in between it was an awesome experience with some great people service and thoughtfulness. I left my truck in the parking lot during our trip and the guy who helped me get it jumped within minutes I was more than willing to help when I didn't even expect it. I will be back Toyota! Thank you.

January 15th 2023 my car was stolen in Oklahoma City at a motel. I live in Greenville Texas and…read moreturned in all the information and got a settlement from my stolen car since they couldn't find it. I was in need of a used vehicle because being a 71 year old Vietnam veteran unlimited income I couldn't afford much. I checked online sites and I found a 2005 Toyota Sienna from Toyota of Paris dealership in Paris Texas. I called about the vehicle and the salesman, Robert castle, told me it was a very reliable vehicle and it was a one owner. I had a friend of mine take me to Paris Texas to look at this vehicle. The salesman told me that they did a multipoint check on the vehicle in the garage and found nothing wrong with it except for the water pump and the timing belt which both were replaced at the dealership. He assured me that the car was in great shape and that he would not sell a car that he would not buy. Taking him at his word I test drove the vehicle and it drove really well. I told him I was on very limited income and the purchase price of the vehicle was 5,998 and I asked him if they might be able to knock off a little bit of the price because but my limits on money and they told me no so I went ahead and purchased the vehicle in good faith thinking that everything was in working order. On saturday, March 4th 2023 I drove to Oklahoma City again to visit my friends. I spent the night in a motel and the next day got up to return back to Texas. My friend told me that two of my tail lights was out. I could not replace the tail light in the back hatch door because the whole panel had to come off. Leaving Oklahoma City the engine light came on with a VCS light coming on and the track off light coming on the dash. The air conditioner started blowing out hot air. I have several health issues one being COPD really bad and so I had to drive from Oklahoma City to Greenville Texas with the windows down and it was very hard for me to breathe. I take an inhaler with me Everywhere I Go and had to use it several times. I sent a message to the dealership and they advised me that they had no idea that the air conditioner was going to go out. I took my vehicle to a reputable mechanic at Innovative Automotive in Plano Texas which does work on our work vehicles. They did a thorough inspection only to find out that the compressor was completely out, the condenser was out, but not only that the right rear shock was blown, and also there were many leaks that's for the power steering, the CV joints are bad, and the rear brakes need to be replaced bad. Only having this vehicle 2 weeks all these items should not have happened because according to the salesman everything was in good shape and there's no way in two weeks time all this stuff would have gone wrong so in other words the mechanics did not do their job except to replace those two major items and not check anything else. Out of my pocket I had to spend $3,084 to get the major things fixed in order to drive this vehicle and there are still other issues that I have to have fixed that I don't have the money for. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. In good faith I paid $6,664.00 for this vehicle thinking it was great. I am on limited income and took everything I had left in savings to get the $3,084.00 to fix the vehicle andstill not all fixed.
