From my first call our salesman Tommy had only good and honest information. The side by sides are a hot item and in scarce supply these days. Nortex gave us a transparent timeline for delivery and after our expected wait we picked up our new Polaris. Tommy, Bill, Okay and everyone really gave us great service. No nonsense, East Texas friendly. They also sell Can-Am buggies along with New Holland and Mahindra tractors. Worth the drive from city. Glad our ranch is local.

I requested a remapping of the computer, which should have taken 1 hour. My bike was running…read more(although not quite right) when I took it in. They called me and told me I needed a new throttle body and it would take several more hours of work and cost nearly $400. I told them no, that I would come pick it up and pay for the remapping. When I got there, the bill was for 2 hours and the bike was no longer running. I had to winch it up on the trailer. I paid my bill, but, will no longer do business with them.
