I had an old stump in the ground where they were going to be working and they removed it for me and filled everything back in. The piers were nice and clean and you could see that they were of good quality. I'm happy with the results and they have a lifetime warranty. Do not do business with Groundworks. They do not honor their contract. In November 2025, I had them…read morestabilize two structures/rooms in my house and to accomplish that they installed 9 piers. The contract states "Contractor warrants that the foundation push piers will stabilize the affected area(s) against further vertical movement for the lifetime of the structure from date of installation." Four months after installation, there was visible movement in the same two structures/rooms. Upon my request, I had them remeasure and according to their measurements, the same two rooms had in fact moved. They told me to fix the problem and stabilize the same two structures/rooms, I need to pay them more money to install more piers. They're not trustworthy and now I'm going through another company to complete the job.

Despite being behind because of rain, Steve made an effort to get out and get us a bid and talk through some ideas and suggestions the day after we made our first call. Because of the weather and having to push things back, he came out one evening to help reroute some drainage issues we had as a temporary fix until he could get out to finish the whole project. At that point, we hadn't even decided which company we were going with. He told us that it didn't matter and he couldn't, in good faith, let us go without some sort of help with the impending rain. In addition to being a standup person, the quality of work we received was incredible, we have never had a crew who took such care and paid such close attention to detail. They were all respectful and took care as if it were their own home. They cleaned up after themselves every evening and made sure every last detail was finished! Steve answered every question we had with politeness and a smile, he never got frustrated when we added things mid project or asked a million questions.
