I just wanted to say a few words about this office and Mr. Griffin. I have been with State Farm…read morethrough this office for many years. Since Mr. Griffin took over the office, I have yet to speak with him personally. The closest thing to the personal touch here is dealing with one of the other people in his office. I was recently involved in an accident with no fault on my part. The other driver's insurance had to pay. I went in and told the people at this office and they said they would inform the DMV and she gave me the phone number of the other driver's insurance company. She said I needed to call his company and file a claim. I knew nothing about how to do this. She did not offer to call them for me. It seems that if they are not liable, they are not concerned. They have yet to check with me and see how things are going with the other company. Very disappointed with this office. I love the company, but the office needs some work.
