It was important to us that the houses be beautiful while still being practical/durable (we have a young child and two large dogs), welcoming, cozy and having a great "flow" throughout, and she absolutely delivered. We are having severe back pain after sitting on the ones delivered to us. Please be very very sure before you order. Try sitting for atleast ten minutes before you make up your mind. Especially since these are not cheap. For this money, it is best to work with Costco or Macy's who will work with you to ensure the best experience. This business is more of a 'too bad. There is nothing we can do' kind of establishment. Do be very very careful when purchasing 'custom' furniture here. Be doubly careful if you are older, or have lumbar issues . This is not a good place for furniture. I tried reaching out to the manager hopeful, after her quick response to my review but the call went to a customer service representative who advised me that this is an auto generated response from the business.

We have been waiting nearly 2 months for it to be fixed. We have called multiple times and had one repair person out but he couldn't fix the item because the repair ticket said it was a sofa, not a love seat. interestingly we didn't purchase a power sofa, only a power love seat, so not sure how they got that wrong - our paperwork shows the items and coverage purchased. Lazy Boy (or their service vendor - not sure who) sent repair parts to us (didn't tell us they were doing so) and then despite us letting them know we have the parts a week ago, still have not scheduled anyone to come fix the love seat. We have called the store multiple times and been told that they are sending email to the service company to schedule the repair but there isn't anything else they can do because they are not responsible for service. I reminded them that they sold the warranty and are responsible for offering their customers reliable service if they are the ones selling the service contract. They were certainly happy to take our money for the service contract. I understand that they cannot directly come make the repair, but they could certainly lean on the service company to follow up. We have only been able to use the love seat power options for 6 weeks of the 4 months we have owned it. Currently using a dirt bike stand covered with a towel for a foot rest. Not quite the Lazy Boy experience we paid for. Completely unacceptable handling of this issue. This is not our first Lazy Boy Fresno purchase but it will probably be our last because of the quality and service issues.

The service she provided was excellent. She was available at all hours to answer any questions I had. They provide full service (get your mind out of the gutter), she even helped me order and pick up a lot of the materials I needed like tiles, appliances, furniture, etc. My house now looks totally new and worth a million bucks, even in this crap market we have.
