Those in the main complex are told to try and keep your shower limited to about 7 minutes due to the hot water bladders in the original building. In the "horse carriage" house, didn't seem to be an issue but I don't take particularly long showers anyways. Meeting rooms vary but plenty of different seizes rooms and venues for formal meetings. If you're lucky you might get the round room in the tower.
