Down below street level, there is access to the river. The play structures are new, and feature imaginative ships with lots of ways to climb on and around them. My five year old loved playing here for the afternoon, and I enjoyed sitting to keep watch on him, and enjoy the views around!

I didn't realize it was new but it does make sense because it was spotless. For people who have been to Montreal: This place reminds me so much of a small Place des Arts!
