We currently offer haunted history tours and private experiences in South Haven, Kalamazoo, and Grand Rapids, along with special paranormal investigations at historic locations.

History
Established in 1993.
Paranormal Michigan traces its roots to 1993, when Rev. Robert Du Shane founded the Kalamazoo Ghost Hunters Club. What began as a small group exploring local hauntings grew into WPARanormal in 2001 and eventually became Paranormal Michigan Investigations in 2017.
Over more than three decades, our team has investigated homes, businesses, historic properties, and some of Michigan's best-known haunted locations. Our work has expanded beyond investigations to include haunted history tours, public paranormal investigations, books, lectures, media appearances, and educational events.
Today, Rev. Robert Du Shane and Nicole Du Shane, "The Haunted Historian," continue that tradition through Paranormal Michigan, combining historical research, storytelling, and decades of paranormal field experience to preserve and share Michigan's haunted history.
Meet the Business Owner: Robert D.
Rev. Robert Du Shane has spent more than 30 years investigating the paranormal and researching Michigan's haunted history. He began investigating in 1993 with the Kalamazoo Ghost Hunters Club and has since worked on hundreds of paranormal cases and historic locations.
Robert is a paranormal investigator, author, historian, lecturer, tour guide, and Catholic demonologist specializing in difficult and potentially malevolent cases. His passion, however, goes beyond the paranormal. He believes the real people behind ghost stories deserve to have their history preserved and told accurately.
Today, Robert and his wife, Nicole—"The Haunted Historian"—operate Paranormal Michigan, offering haunted history tours, paranormal investigations, lectures, and special events throughout Michigan.
Robert's philosophy is simple: investigate the claims, research the history, tell the story, and let people decide for themselves what they believe.
