Beautiful parador right next to the castle in Olite. The hotel opens up to a beautiful courtyard and the restaurant inside serves delicious fresh fare. If you come to olite this is the only place you should stay. It feels like a palace. The hotel is perfectly located next to the castle and is I believe some kind of castle itself. This hotel was our favorite part of coming to Olite. We will be back. read more

We stayed here for one night in May 2016. The room was nothing special for the price (in the newer building) and was two twin beds pushed together. It did have a nice balcony/view. Dinner was convenient but again, not especially interesting (service was fine). Breakfast was included and was a buffet with good choices. All in all it was €200 and not especially worth it. As a comparison we had dinner at the Sos parador and it was less expensive and much better. read more
