Unfortunately I don't speak French and our server didn't speak English (of course!) but I saw lasagna on the blackboard menu so settled on that. Also had a salad with creamy burrata cheese as a starter. I was amazed at how wonderful the lasagna was - creamy fresh cheese, perfectly cooked noodles and tangy tomao sauce. Dare I say that this Corsican lasagna was as good or better than I had in Sicily? I can and I do! If you're in Corsica looking for a quick lunch, stop by La Manichella at the top of the Citadel and enjoy.
