Group discounts are available for groups larger than 12. Before the workshop everybody got to pick the design they wanted to do as well as the type of backing/framing (coaster, wall hanging, or mirror) they wanted. The person leading the workshop was amazing, very patient and friendly. The workshop was roughly 20 minutes of tutorial, 1 hour of tufting with the gun (varied widely person to person), and then 1 hour for everyone to glue and trim and clean their rugs. I was surprised at how well our final pieces turned out considering none of us had ever rug tufted before. At the end we also each got a cute free tote bag to hold our creations. This was a really fun unique activity, I would highly recommend!

When I went back to ask them about it they said these clips were not correct for the frames but they would not fix the issue. They said I would have to pay to have them framed again. When I went back to ask why they couldn't just put different clips on the guy in the framing department was very rude and refused to offer any help.
