Excellent steak and veggies, in a great omelette, covered in a ridiculously good beer cheese. I don't even normally like beer cheese, but this stuff is like liquid gold! 2)the breakfast sandwiches. Really good croissant, and perfectly cooked bacon, bacon, egg and cheese. 3) the beignets.... stuffed with chocolate or plain. AMAZING! 4) coffee....any. They know how to brew it, and always use quality coffees. make sure you ask what they have on deck! 5) Steak hoagies. Do it. My friends swear by the cheeseburgers, fries with cheese, and the breakfast sandwiches made out of the homemade pancakes...but I haven't tried it yet because I keep ordering the above things every time. On my first visit, the shop was packed around noon on a weekend, so we took our order to go. My iced London Fog with oat milk was excellent, though the Birmingham sandwich was only average for me because the bacon was softer than I would have liked. The second time, I stopped by on a weekday morning and got lucky with a spot right in front of the shop. I ordered the iced London Fog again and was asked about sweetener preference, which is when I learned it usually comes with vanilla+lavender syrup. I swapped it for plain vanilla since lavender is not usually my favorite, but both drinks tasted great to me. The space has a cool vibe, and I really love their journey from coffee truck to storefront.
