I have used Pape in Tigard for service and parts for my Bobcat 753 since 2012. Every encounter has been just fine until today. Today was over the top! This morning, I tried to start my Bobcat and the battery was dead. Jeff from Pape has done a terrific maintenance/service visit in November and had replaced the seven-year old battery as part of the visit. So I called Pape to see what my options were. At first, it looked like I was on my own, but then Billy called me back and said a sales guy was going to be in my area today. That he would bring me a new battery at no charge. I managed to pull out the old battery (which is not easy as it's a really big battery in a tiny space), set it next to the Bobcat and went to do something else. An hour later, Jeremiah from Pape called me to say he had arrived. I went over to the Bobcat and found he had installed the new battery for me! No payment needed.
