On top of having to wait for my food for almost fifteen minutes, they forgot to give me one of my sides so I had to back up to the window to ask for it. The gal at the window wasn't paying attention to the window and I sat there for a few moments before the lady dishing the food was the one to approach and answer me at the window, and follow up to get me my side. Another thing I would like to note about the KFC in Dodge City, KS, is that for several months now there has been water on their kitchen floor. The poor workers have to mop often and have to walk through the rather unpleasant work environment. Not only is their floor a breeding ground for micro-bacteria, but it's incredibly dangerous to have the kitchen/server area of your restaurant flooding with water. What if one of the ladies slips and falls? What if they slip and fall and burn themselves because they're handling hot material? Anyway, terrible experience today.
