Everyone in line was just getting food to go, so I joined the queue. I walked in, stood in line, and then made my order; "fish and chips, please". Fish and chips went in the fryer, and I started salivating at the thought of my first bite of authentic British fish and chips. When my order started to come up, I was quite confused. Plus a side of Tangzhong dinner rolls. The scallops were my favorite. Very tender and tasty. I'd never tasted samphire before, it reminds me a little of dill. Next fave was the prawns, and you get quite a nice quantity. My partner got tired of peeling them, so that meant more for me. The rolls were truly special. You almost don't need the tomato butter or the oil/balsamic vinegar dip. Last but not least, the Bang bang broccoli and cauliflower was like the classic recipe (NOT the Cheesecake Factory version! Gasp!) it was a nice balance to the rest of our choices. Not spicy (in case you were worried). As planned, we did indeed order dessert. Two of them! The Sticky Toffee Pudding was divine.
