My husband and I had a great feeling about Greg, he was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable. He and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would. Everyone was so polite and respectful. They completed the job on time and Greg and his crew even did extra things for us that they didn't charge extra for. However, once I received my bill, I was surprised to see I was being charged a 1% "License Fee." When I asked what it was, I was told Pier Park charges all merchants a license fee to operate their business there and the restaurant was simply passing it on to me since I had incurred the debt, meaning the fact that ordered food at a restaurant caused them to have to buy and maintain a license. The amount was small but the principle is not. If you're in business and need a license to operate, that should have been factored into your cost of doing business. If it wasn't, your business plan is bad. Any business management student knows you should include all operating costs in your business plan before you even open the business. If this shows up on my bill the next time I visit, I promise it'll be my last visit. There are lots of alternatives.
