This location is near my house, but I don't think I'll be visiting again anytime in the foreseeable future.I went here yesterday and brought my out of town brother in law, sister and mother with me.We came to get a bite to eat before our lunch later in the afternoon. When we entered, the line and counter area were empty. We all stepped aside to view the menu and decide on our orders.A very rude woman in the bakery section yelled whoever is next I can take your order. We politely informed her we were still deciding, and continued to make sure the line behind us was clear and unblocked for any new customers . My mother wanted to order a quiche. She inquired if the quiches were still available. She was rudely informed by a surly young woman that the quiches were finished for the day. Once my brother in law and sister decided to order, they placed their orders at the register. My brother received his order within 5 minutes. After 15 minutes, my sister asked where her order was.She was informed it was and had been waiting at the other end of the restaurant She was not given a buzzer to alert her of the order being ready and no one called her name or took the time to notify her. She was so disappointed to have to eat cold oatmeal. I am really irritated and upset by the treatment and service provided at this location. I don't think Panera has a poor reputation but this location could certainly help it earn such recognition unless the staff is retrained soon! If you are not a morning person, please don't work Sunday mornings and treat customers rudely. read more

I've been going to this place since it opened. I go there at least once a week. The food and service is EXTREMELY inconsistent. The employee turnover is huge and I suspect that's part of the problem. The food is sometimes cold. The chicken used in the salads are sometimes not so fresh. If you go on a "good" day, it's just that, good, not great. read more

The food is good the employees are nice not a lot of turn over, but the managers (doesn't matter what time you go) are awful.The one woman manager (8/29 11 am) never seems to be aware of the number of patrons standing in line. I went today to meet a friend, we came in right after each other,one cashier helping the one patron in line. The patron wanted bread sliced so instead of having someone else up front slicing the bread or bagels, the cashier is doing it. So she goes puts on gloves gets the bread slices the bread, puts it in a bag etc. etc. We were waiting for 10 minutes right after she finished with this customer she helped my friend and then another cashier came out to help but that is because there were now about 7-8 people in line. We then waited another 10 minutes for the food. Considering it was a little after 11 and the start of lunchtime they should have more people working and if they don't have another cashier the manager should come and help at the front instead of staying in the back. I like Panera but this location needs to improve their service. Also I had bought $50 in gift cards for gifts and they give you a different type of bonus card, went to use it to find out it had expired which really ticks me off. The food and drinks aren't bad but their service needs to improve. They have those light up pagers that remind you when your food is ready but most of them DO NOT work. My first visit here I waited 10 minutes for a sandwich. I told one of the workers that I still haven't received my sandwich and that the pager didn't notify me. She apologized and gave me my sandwich with a free orange juice. When I am waiting for my order I stand by the counter because those pagers suck. If this place didn't have free wi-fi I would've taken my money to spend elsewhere. read more

It's typical Panera food. It tastes pretty much the same as every other Panera, BUT I've had them give me the wrong thing multiple times. Today I had the Chicken Cobb Salad, and they didn't put any dressing on it. Bleh. My wife had some sort of turkey salad the other day and realized halfway through that there was no turkey in it. Seriously used to love coming here until I met the new staff that has been hired recently. They were SO rude to me today. I showed up ten minutes before closing and only wanted to get a bowl of soup for my daughter. They wouldn't let me in and said that they were closed, even though the doors were open and customers were clearly there, eating. It was apparent that they were NOT closed but just didn't feel like serving a loyal customer. The entire time I stood there they were just hanging out talking to each other inside the store! I have always had good experience at this location. In colder months they have a fireplace and you can chill for hours. Food is always good, and service courteous. Never had experienced rude or inattentive service here. Wifi is also reliable read more

Really disappointed. I come here a few times per week. Overall its really great. However I have noticed a peculiar problem of ineffective management. Today it became a major issue. Its 3:30pm and only one cashier on duty. Three rest of the staff doesn't speak English. The cashier hardly speaks English. She couldn't handle this position. The line had about 10 people and moved at a rate of one person every four minutes. I was last. Obviously they needed more help but there was nobody to take control of the situation. This happens during busy hours as well. During regular lunch shift they do have an English speaking American woman who is quite good and very friendly. But she can't have the whole weight of the store on her shoulders. She wasn't here and the rest of the staff was incompetent. Think of the DMV. Think of that and then understand those customers inline as well as myself have places to be and stopped by for a quick meal. Awful. Now I will find another place but it really makes me angry. I like panera food. My problem with panera is the pricing. I have to spend a lot of money on a meal here to get full. I have a big appetite because I am a big guy. I've been to this location twice, once to eat in and once for a carry out order. Both times the service was friendly, the order was accurate, and the food was tasty. The seating area was not overly crowded and was comfortable. Parking was easy. I highly recommend this location. read more

We ordered online with the Rapid Pickup, which I use at another location very often. Unfortunately, our order was very messed up, and my husband didn't realize until he got home. Upon arrival he was told they didn't have avocado. I am not sure why this happens but he had to readjust a salad, and didn't realize a sandwich also had it. But, it didn't matter because that sandwich wasn't included, either was one of the soups. Additionally, a panini wasn't grilled at all. HOWEVER, after calling to working through the issues, the manager fully took care of us, making sure it was all correct, and gave us several cookies and pastries. He went above and beyond to make the mistakes right, and we appreciate this customer service. Hopefully, next time the special effort won't be needed, as it will be correct the first time. read more

Absolutely done with this panera bread. I'm not quite sure as to why the rapid pick up option is available for customers when they NEVER have the food ready on time. This is ridiculous every time I come I have to wait an extra ten minutes when I'm already short on time. And then getting your food and realizing it wasn't made right. What a wonderful experience especially near the holidays. I came in to grab a bite while Christmas shopping and was pleasantly surprised when David brought me my meal Timmy table! Not only did he bring me my meal, but he called me by name and asked if there was anything else I needed. I just dined at another Panera yesterday and know this isn't common practice. I went here with my friends, and we hated it. The staff was horribly rude. I glanced at the cookies and pastries and there were flies siting on most of them! I had the chicken noodle soup and it was in such a small portion both my friends had the turkey sandwich and all together the price added up to 13 dollars! Called in to place an order for pickup this morning but was told they do NOT do phone orders; they ONLY take orders for pickup online. It seemed odd so I called another Panera nearby to verify whether or not this was actually true. Spoke to the store manager at the other location and was told this was NOT the case. He was even nice enough to tell me he would talk to his district manager and look into the issue. I called this Panera back and asked to speak with the store manager. I asked her if it was true that this location had a policy of ONLY accepting orders for pickup online. She said that it was not the case and that even though they are trying to push online orders, they still do accept phone orders. When I asked her why one of her employees told me they ONLY do orders for pickup online, her nonchalant answer was, "I don't know". No apology for the mixup, no offer to make it right, nothing. With mediocre food, so much competition, and information at the fingertips of potential customers, can you really afford to top it off with horrible customer service, Panera? This is one customer you've lost forever. By the way, with past experiences, knowledge, and my profession as a web programmer, I know online transactions are not 100% safe. You just don't hear about each and every time a company is hacked or sensitive information is stolen from a company... sometimes, the company, themselves, don't know. I love this panera bread. I work in an office across the street from Costco and the rapid pick up is 100% the way to go. I place my order, get immediately in the car, drive over and it's already ready, waiting on ME. WHY don't more people do this?! Do they ENJOY waiting in line and talking to strangers!? psshh ;-) I wish I received more Panera Rewards to tempt me to go there more but that has nothing to do with the individual location. Very disappointed yesterday. Kid at the counter nervously rapped his knuckles on the counter while he waited for us to select our food choices. Handed me the thingy that lights up when the order is ready -- and put my coffee cup underneath. Ew: how many hands have touched that thing? And now those germs are all over the rim of my cup! Got a new cup. Ordered cinnamon crunch oatmeal. Came with nuts and strawberries, so returned it for my correct order. Second bowl arrived cold. Requested a FRESH bowl. It did come out hot, fortunately. Happened to look on my receipt and read that we get a free treat if our order was wrong. No one volunteered this! But we did collect and got a so-so cinnamon roll. Coffee wasn't very hot. Refilled after I thought they brewed a new batch. Still barely hot. Had a WONDERFUL experience at Corner Bakery a few days ago: HUGE piping hot bowl of oatmeal filled with dried cranberries, granola, and sliced banana. I don't think you can possibly go wrong at Panera. The prices are reasonable, the ingredients fresh, and you are quickly served. The portions are fairly sized and if you need something more, you can always add a cookie or tow. read more

I had to change my review. We had such bad experiences at this Panera Bread location, but would try it again every once in a while (has healthy options - soup and salads). We noticed that it had improved and was pretty consistent, only to find out it was under new management - THANK GOODNESS! So far so good, and we're now Panera Bread fans again. HUGE change - portions have been consistent, they have had bread every time we've gone, even the staff seems much better. They deserve to have the review changed - WTG! read more
