I want to start off by saying I always thought the food at Panera was phenomenal. But I have to say I will never be back due to the lack of service. I have ordered twice from Panera in the last week. Once was a delivery and once a rapid pick up. Each time they had forgotten something in my order. The first time I was told that they cannot fulfill my order because it was through delivery. So the next time I come in I can get my missing product. They did not take my name or number down so when I came in the next time no one remembered. The second time I had to go back to get the items that were missing in my order. The manager was nice about it but I feel like they did not do enough to compensate for the inconvenience. Very disappointed, I'll be sure to never return. I will be contacting the cooperate office about this. read more

You really can't go wrong with Panera, in my book. Okay, well the last time I went there, I did get a fork that wasn't clean but they quickly replaced it. This particular location is great. The staff regularly come around to ask if we need anything and they routinely take away your trays when you're done. As far as the food, I haven't tried anything that I haven't liked yet. I first saw this restaurant on Samantha Brown's Travel show on the Travel Channel. She basically raved about the broccoli and chesse soup in a sourdough bowl! I had to experience it for myself afterwards. I would drive almost 50 miles just to eat at this place. So worth the drive for a broccoli and chesse sourdough bowl and any sandwich! This is the nicest Panera I have been to! The staff is SUPER nice and friendly. Everything is very clean. I happened to need some scotch tape while I was there and they let me use some! Def above and beyond. The food is the same as all other Paneras. read more

This place is bustling with customers coming in, from the business workers on lunch break, or the senior citizens coming in get their daily dose of pastries and assorted refreshments. They also cater to large parties, as we saw lots of carts of boxes full of baked goods and gallon jugs of juice or punch taken out to the delivery trucks. Everything here looks appetizing, even when you think you're not really hungry. There are lots of seats available, including a comfy couch section. The free wi-fi makes this spot just that much more better to visit. read more

The customer service here is simply amazing. Every time I go to eat here at Panera I'm received with consistent amazing customer service. The manager who works here is a gentleman, if I don't see him expediting things behind the counter he is cleaning off tables greeting guests and opening the door for people, simply a class act. That is very refreshing to see. Now on one occasion when I did order the bread bowl I got a pretty pathetic portion but honestly it doesn't deter me from giving this place 5 stars. I used to be a regular, but the service is terrible. I've watched my sandwich sit on the counter and get cold while the staff ignored my requests for my order. Last time I was there, they bothered to tell me that they were out of bread after I placed my order and waited 15 minutes for it. Sorry, but Panera Bread running out of bread tells me that something is seriously wrong with the operation there. read more

I understand it's a new location, new employees, but the cashier I had last night was very disrespectful. Her name was jim as it said on the receipt. I asked for my French baguette to be toasted and she looked at me in a very disrespectful way. I've asked for it toasted before and all the other cashiers I've had, were polite about it .. then she continues to give me an ugly look when I walked past her to sit down and eat.. food was okay knowing the fact they have to keep up with a drive thru now, tried to give her the benefit of doubt , that maybe it was a long day but you shouldn't look at a customer in a rudely manner. read more

The entire family loves the food. Quite relaxing for reading and laptop work between 2pm - 4pm. Free WIFI. Pretty new store. Nice atmosphere and we never seem to be rushed through or out. Good manager who knows how to lead. read more

I generally love Panera, but had a bad experience this time. I ordered two customized salads for Rapid Pickup. They were both supposed to have chicken and avocado (and I paid for those additions) -- we were so disappointed when we found that neither chicken, nor avocado, was on either salad (although they were listed on the order that was stapled to the bag). read more

It doesn't take up to almost an hour for an order and on top of that the server wasn't around that had to take it to us and the one that puts the food out told me she just didn't know where she was and sorry for the way my broccoli cheddar soup was cold it's not suppose too be that way. Having been to several Panera's in my travels, this is one of the worst examples. Service is very slow. You may have to wait up to ten minutes just to get a toasted bagel. Tables and seats are usually dirty. Coffee is sometimes out and not replenished for several minutes. Pastry is usually not fresh. Portions are skimpy. I would've have stopped going to this location by now if there was another one in town. The food itself is fine, but that IS dependent if you can actually even ORDER it. Three times this month, I have been told that I can only order from the bakery section because a large amount of orders had gone through putting their computer system at its limit. This is after waiting in a long line and then getting to the front and then being informed of this lovely situation. Also, always check your to go order throughly! I mean even down to the ingredients in your meal. I had a lovely broth bowl of chicken last night sans tortellini. This happens a lot. More than 50% of the time. I usually check for everything and catch the mistakes before I leave, but they somehow managed to get me again with the broth bowl. It's annoying that they consistently mess your order up. Well it's 2:45 pm on a beautiful Wednesday afternoon and I rode my bike in for a good, healthy lunch. This place is packed for all intents and purposes. I tested the wifi and wasn't surprised by the slow performance, .2 Mbps download - that is 200 Kbps - and 1 Mbps upload speed so I won't be doing any FaceTime right now, but again I only came here for a quick and delicious lunch. To fit that bill I chose the new Steak Balsamico Panini and just judging by the smell I won't be disappointed. read more

I always get overwhelmed when there's a big menu. I was standing looking up at the menu board when an employee asked me if I needed help and handed me a paper menu. She explained it was easier to get to know the menu that way. Maybe 30 seconds after she walks off another employee asked if I needed help. I laughed and said no thank. Our usual stop when we come through Aberdeen--a step up from fast food and just feels healthy. I usually get the soup and half salad. Don't get me wrong, I love Panera, their food is great! but for the 2nd time I got to go order, they forgot my kids mac & cheese. First time it happened I got all the way home and realized my daughter's mac & cheese was missing and my soups were wrong. So I drive back to Panera and the gal at the counter said "oh so sorry we got it mixed up with a in dining order". OK, I let that pass but go in Panera yesterday Feb 14th for Valentine's pickup and get all the way home and realized they forgot the MAC & CHEESE!! I was charged for it and I told my daughter I am not driving back. So I made her mac & cheese at home instead. Lesson learned, I will be checking my bags before I leave just like I do at the drive thru at McDonalds. read more

Panera is great to begin with, but this location is awesome. All of the staff is helpful and always making sure that there isn't something else that they can do to help out. Everybody working is always cheery and friendly to talk with. There always is a really long long every time I'm there, but they do a great job of working quickly so you're never waiting for too long. First place I ate at after moving to the area. As already mentioned, this Panera Bread gave off very good vibes and was a great place for my girlfriend and I to grab a bite to eat after a long stressful day. The atmosphere is amazing and is perfect for students cramming their studies in. The noise level was relatively quiet given the open environment. Will definitely be returning again! read more

Terrible. What a horrible business model. I walked in at 2PM and asked for a bread bowl but of course they don't have any. Its 2pm and they are out of bread bowls already and aren't making more?! They're still open for eight more hours. Frustrated, I asked for a toasted bagel, nope, can't toast that at this time! My restaurant will do anything possible for a customer that has already been disappointed. How hard is it to toast a damn bagel?! Since I then had no idea what I wanted I stepped to the back of the line to look over the menu again. In front of me was a manager, which I didn't realize until I had already told him my woes. He then tells me that if I had come TWO HOURS EARLIER I could have gotten a bread bowl and then could have toasted my bagel. TWO HOURS. EARLIER. They ran out of bread bowls at NOON?! Absolutely awful. Terrible management. Not to mention the food I actually ordered, and paid twice as much as I would have for my original order, was nasty. Manager insisted on "walking people through" the auto kiosk rather than getting behind the counter and taking orders herself. No one opted for the kiosk and took a while to order. Maybe she doesn't know WE DO NOT WORK FOR PANERA! If you read any good reviews about this place they are lying! It is way over priced, my $8 sandwich had scrapings on it not much at all. I paid for two pieces of bread. The girl at register had no idea what she was doing and the other staff didn either nor did they attempt to help her. She did not know the difference between a flatbread and a panini so needless to say we did not get what we wanted. Plus my $8 whole sandwich came out as a half one and the waiter said he would get the other half, never did I had to go to the back to get it myself! This place is a joke way over priced.
