This place has been a horrible train wreck time and time again. I tried to give it another go today and I was disgusted. The floors are sticky and filthy. There was trash all over the floor. My husband ordered a jalapeño cheddar bagel breakfast sandwich with chipotle aioli. He got a dry breakfast sandwich with no aioli and a regular bagel. I ordered the egg white breakfast sandwich and they put cheese on it (which doesn't come with cheese). To top it off, some lady came in and emptied her dogs water bowl into the drink tray and no one said a thing. They also don't look like they clean their drains which look molded and blackened. I will never be returning to this location. Please either step up and fix things, pass along ownership, or close down. This store is a liability. read more

I've been coming here a lot through the pandemic and they are great for curb side pick up. The food is fresh and staff friendly. They do forget my croutons pretty much every time I get the French onion soup. The bbq salad is good and so is the 10 veggie soup. read more

My friend and I visited this location this morning. First off we had gotten a table and placed my daughter's McDonald's on the table then we went to order. When we got back to the table, we found everything was cleaned off the table and put in the trash. They gave my daughter a meal on the house from Panera but it was still annoying. That wasn't even the part of the visit! The cashier, ironically named Patience, had the least amount of patience with my friend that has a middle eastern accent. My friend was ordering for us and "Patience " was visibly annoyed with my friend. Do better, Patience! Be kind! I gave 3 stars because the food was good and they resolved the issue with my daughter's food right away. But Patience needs to have more patience dealing with customers. read more

I wanted to update my review since my last ones. I've tried their bagels, and my favorite is the blueberry ones! It's so delicious. The blueberries are so fresh and the bagels are so moist. Panera is so awesome with there reward system. Let me tell you! I've gotten one month of FREE coffee or a drink all month long before. I've gotten a free pastries here and there before, and a free bagel before, too. Now comparing with other coffee shops or restaurants, I haven't gotten any thing out of Starbucks at all except on my birthday drink. That's all I would. This building has gone to sh*t. Whenever I order pick up, something is always missing!! First they didn't hand me my drink. Then after telling them and getting my drink I realized they had also forgotten my pastry. I know a lot of places are short staffed but come on. Service should not be this bad!! We've come to this Panera a couple times, hoping it'd be a better experience then the last but each time we have been disappointed. The food lacks horribly, we ordered the 1/2 sandwich (grilled cheese with bacon and tomato) it was just a bread sandwich! Where's the cheese, bacon and tomato? The bowl of soup was filled in the same proportion as a cup so why purchase a bowl? And my bread was burnt and hard, when I asked for a new one she gave me an even more burnt baguette. Just like all the other Paneras, same food, same decor. Sometimes I crave a sandwich and soup here. Downtown Redlands isn't too far, and it's nice to go walk around after eating at Panera, maybe get a dessert. Do watch out for this racist old bag. She accuses people of not paying for their stuff, not sure if she's mentally ill too, or just old, racist and unhappy about her lonely life because her family hates her. Not even sure what she's talking about, maybe food stamps or is just assuming things. Just did a rapid pick up for my family and I. I am not happy with what i found in my daughter's soup. Everything else seems okay with our order but i wont be coming back to this location after I found a plastic wrapper in her soup. It appears to possiblly be be prepackaging for something else seeing as that the soups as far as im aware are not individually packaged. Your childs well being is always number one and im afraid of what if this wrapper had smaller pieces in it that may have gone unnoticed. I have taken pictures of the wrapper and will be posting them to this Panera's yelp profile. I know that if I call the restaurant that the matter will likely go ignored so this is why im making an entire review for this matter. This place is a serious joke, do not go here!. They have horrible customer service and could care less about their customer experience. They have messed up one too many times on our orders. My husband and I recently made a curb side pick up order of their chicken noodle soup and when we got home we noticed we only got broth!! No noodles!!! No veggies!!! No chicken!!! What the heck?! So I called but the manager was only rude, did not apologize or offer a solution she just expected me to drive all the way out there again and waste more gas and precious time. On a previous occasion my husband and I both got the Thai Salads and when we got home we literally only had lettuce and dressing! There always seems to be a problem with my order at this location we will not be going back. Worst service experience ever. I visited the restaurant at 8pm. It wasn't very busy at all, only one person in line in front of me when I walked in. Ordered a "you pick two" for myself and my girlfriend. Chicken caesar salad, mac n' cheese, and two bowls of soup. Pretty simple order I think. 22 minutes later I look and my order isn't even on their digital board where you can see your name and status. I go up and see my order number on the top of their list, but they still haven't gotten to it, and people are getting their food all around me. I ask the status of my order, and they ask me what it was. They didn't even know. They said they would make it for me right then and I'd be next. 3 minutes later (making the total wait time over 25 minutes) they handed me my food. I went and sat down, and the salad was just a caesar, they didn't even put the chicken in it. I have no idea how they could have seen my order number at the top of their screen for that amount of time and neglected it. It wasn't a busy time of night. I LOVE Panera food. Bagels, sandwiches, soup, coffee, pastries, all of it! This location is closest to my house and work, so it's obviously a go to. Unfortunately, more than a handful of times I have had poor service from this location. So the rating is definitely for the location, not the quality of food. Today we ordered a rapid pick-up order. We went to pick up the food and they had someone standing to check off each item in the bag. The worker looked in our bags, checked off each item on the receipt, and sent us on our way. When we got home, we noticed two of the items that were checked off by the worker were not even in the bag... This is just super frustrating because we are a 15-minute drive away and were not about to drive back over there. Today was the second time that this exact problem has happened. Normally, I check pick-up bags myself before leaving, but when a worker is standing there checking off each item in front of you, you believe them! I guess we have learned our lesson about this location. We also tried calling the store to at least get refunded for the items that were not given to us but that we were charged for. We called around 10 times and no one answered the phone. After finally talking to someone on the phone order help line, we were told that all we can do is call back the same number where no one answers. Just a bummer. I hadn't visited this location in some years due to their bad customer service. Figured it had been long enough, it's closer to my home, and decided to order rapid curbside pickup. Oh, was that a joke! I pulled up shortly after another customer who was also waiting for the rapid curbside p/u. After a few minutes they went in a got their order. Then another customer did the same. After 12 minutes, I reluctantly went in. Regina, could of cared less about me as a customer. I think that's there motto there, even though you asked for curbside, we aren't bringing you nothing! That's why I don't like giving a tip ahead of the service...smh! The service at this location is not going to get better when your leader (Ms. Regina!) is modeling the bad behavior. I have to give 5 stars because I have ordered food online for rapid pick up probably close to 30 times since the Pandemic started. I am a vegetarian and often order sandwiches that typically have meat, but I ask them to make it without meat. "Knock on wood" they always read and make my sandwich correctly even during rush hour. I'm not a person to complain about a company but this Panera location was super disappointing in many ways. The customer service was actually decent but the food and portion size was terrible. I ordered take out for our family of 4 and when we got home and opened the containers unfortunately the mac and cheese looked like it had been almost 3/4th's eaten. We also ordered our favorite autumn soup with sandwiches and the sandwiches were tasty but the soup tasted excessively sweet and burnt. My hubby and I have been to many many Panera's (ordering the same items) and we always enjoy their food but this location's standards seem to be a lot lower then most...resulting in poor quality and quantity of food. This place is definitely not what it used to be. Its extremely dirty, EVERYWHERE. Dinning area had old food and trash in the floor, dinning benches, tables and in the beverage area. I watched multiple people come in and grab plastic cups and go to fountain to fill up and walk out. Therefor drinking cups were dirty! Bathrooms were also beyond dirty, even after I washed my hands I still felt icky. There was toilet paper and sanitary napkins on floors, seems bathroom hasn't been cleaned in months! Maybe even years. Obviously I lost my appetite but didn't want to be rude and opted to just drinking my latte which was so gross too. The cashier serviced one customer then walked away from the counter and didn't acknowledge the others customers in line. Once I ordered my lunch, I did ask for warm cookies however I was informed that there weren't any available no offer to warm up the ones I ordered like usually. Placed on on-line order last week and scheduled it for 7am pick-up. Order was not done on time, approximately 20 min late, which then made me late for work. Poor planning on the part of the staff since when I arrived at 7am, they were just starting to put my order together. While waiting for the 20 minutes I made some mental notes. The location is extremely dusty. If you look up, around the kitchen, you will see dust-bunnies clinging to the wall. Cleanliness is important, especially if it is in places you can see because imagine what the places back by the kitchen that you can't see look like. I took it to the counter and was told with attitude "there's a microwave over there" I said "I just paid $35 for our dinner. This store does not represent what Panera is all about. Every single table was dirty, the water cups and lids were empty and the floors were filthy. All the trash cans were filled to the brim and made the entire dining room stink. The bathrooms were some of the worse I've ever seen. I had to wait about 25 mins for my food because it kept coming out wrong and I watched it as it sat in their window for a long period of time. Most of the employees were just behind the counter texting and talking... and all the customers were complaining. My meal was $14 and I feel like I could have received better service at a McDonald's. I will not return to this location. If the dining area is this dirty, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. read more

But to my surprise today, I paid $10.30 for 1/2 sandwich & a cup of soup. Don't be deceived by "Pick 2". There is no such thing as deal anymore at Panera. You pay the full price of each item you order. I just want to share these to the group so you dont fall to the prey.
