I have frequented this Panera in the past and it has been very good. But in the last two years, they have run out of lettuce. That is a confusing to me because this is their specialty salads and soups. Then I went one morning and ask for the granola breakfast cup. I ask was there any nuts in it. The young lady told me No. I said are you sure, she said yes. Guess what It was and I'm allergic to tree nuts. So I had an reaction. Then today I go in the morning and pay for a small chicken salad. Ran in here to get a quick bit of eat for my Husband and myself why we were out shopping. I completed my order just fine, and the wait wasn't that bad. I notice the cashier missed spelled my name, which was ok as well given that I still wear my face mask. I go here for lunch often. The food is always done correctly and tastes fresh. I will say when I order I use the computer. I do not go to a cashier. Every time I go they have some one working the counter that always looks mad. So to avoid the attitude I just order from the touch screen. Then I go to the pick up area and theres usually a supervisor/ manager working the window and is nice. The Caucasian male manager working this morning was amazing. He was on point checking orders and coaching staff professionally. I really admired that. The restaurant was very clean. Floors and tables not cleaned. Customer service was not exceptional. They give you a location device but they don't bring your food to you so what is the purpose. This is without a doubt the WORST Panera I have ever been to which is unfortunate because it's the closest one to my house. I have given this location 5 tries and every single time has been a disaster. First 4 times I went I went through the drive thru and waited at least 40 minutes for my food every time. Finally on my last attempt with this location I said f waiting that long and mobile ordered my food ahead with a set pick up time. My food was it ready for 30 minutes after they said it would be. Idk who the manager is but they need to be fired. Nobody should be waiting longer than 10 minutes for their food at any Panera location. Absolutely ridiculous do not ever go to this location. The personnel is courteous and professional, but their level of food service is awful. This has always been an issue since this location opened and there has not been any improvement. This location changes their hours without notifying anyone. The website, phone and Google all say they are open 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. However, if you go there before 8:00 am, the door will be locked. Also, if you mobile order after 8:00 pm, your order will process and when you get there to pick up, they'll just stare at you from the other side of their locked door. I placed an order, went to pick it up, and they won't let anyone in. they decided to open one hr later, the lady answered me from behind the closed doors. Starbucks would never do that Panera! I wanted to patronize this location because of how much I love Panera Bread for the food, cleanliness and service. I will not be back!
