I have been to this location several times and I would actually give it a higher 4 star if parking here wasn't such a pain in the butt. If you want to just swing in and just grab lunch it's almost impossible to park by any restaurant. I know that's not there fault but...anyway I like Panera's variety and seasonal selections. I love panera but this morning left a bad impression on me. I did an order online for pick up at 7:10 for the bagel pack. I was running late due to traffic so got here at close to 7:30. My order was not even ready one of the girls ask another girl if they filled my order and she said no. So tell me What is the point of ordering online and setting up a time for pick up when they simply can't even do that? I understand they can get busy but really. Very disappointed! read more

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this location, we ordered online for pick up and we waited 45 mins and the order was WRONG, forgot the soup, forgot the bread bowl. The manager from another location was there and she was ontop of things however the rest of the crew needs to get it together. 2015 YELP 100 CHALLENGE - 099/100 Stopped by for a quick bite to eat with friends and this was our average Panera Bread visit. Customer service was lame. Cashier refused to speak up, no one was particularly friendly, and you pick up your own food when it's ready. Prices just don't match the experience. I got a cup of chicken noodle soup for nearly $5.00, friend's salad was overpriced too. Not my favorite place to go for lunch, but they have nice salads and soups. read more

To pricey but the service here is always great, the also limit your wifi access during lunch time, I think in hopes to get people not to stay and hang out. My wife and I have gone to Panera Bread in our home state of Ohio many many times. This store is about the same as every one we have ever been to. A nice selection of Soups and Sandwiches and Good fresh bread. I find their Salads to be just OK and over priced. the pick two soup and sandwiches is the best value and worth a stop if your hungry and in the area, but I wont go out of my way to eat here. read more

We love Panera Bread! We tried the Fontega Chicken Panini, Cheddar & Broccoli soup, Mac and Cheese, Chicken noodle soup, and the Strawberry Poppyseed & Chicken Salad. Everything was wonderful. I have gone to Panera Bread many times over the last few years with friends who swear by it but my experience was different the last time I went on Tuesday, May 2nd. I ordered the Mediterranean salad. It tasted great. I eat a kale salad every day so appreciated this salad until the last bite. At that point I was hit with excruciating pain in my stomach. On the way out I asked for the manager and told him that my stomach was hurting and he offered to refund my money. I was in so much pain that I did not want to go thru the process. The intense, non-stop pain persisted for days and nights. Today May 6, 2016, when I eat my stomach aches. I doubt that the manager made any changes, so eat at your own risk. He didn't seem to know what to do. He asked me what he should do. I'll never go back again. read more

I am not gonna lie, I love me some Panera. The food is great and the service is great. They are typically a little slow, but I am not marking them down for that since I know the food is fresh, and my order is always right. I am a little bummed because I can hardly get in and out for less than $10 which seems a little steep for a sandwich and a salad. read more

I'm really surprised with all the bread they bake that they do not offer a gluten-free option. I'd be here weekly if they did. I had the half soup and half salad. My favorite panera bread!!! This location has the best staff out of all the other panera breads!! I love next to a panera off of Zinfandel and I still drive to Folsom to eat at this one because I love the staff!! The manager is super welcoming and I have gotten to know almost all the staff and they Greta me by name. I love going in here and eating it's always clean and super efficient! Plus I like the seating options, inside, outside you name it they got it! Booths, heck yes! Tables, why not? And they have wifi so you can chill and watch Netflix like I do!! read more

I've only been here twice, so I can't post a completely in-depth review of the place. However, the two times I've been here, it's been a good experience. Not mind-blowing, but good. Omg... you walk in to be greeted by 6 computerized screens that say "Register" ! Not "order" but register and tells you to slide your friggin Panera card! What the Hell! What if I dont have another damn card I need to shove into my now over burgeoning wallet! Agggghh ok I got the stupid card and slide it 5 times with the magic spinning wheel telling me it was loading my info! What info do you need about me? I am hungry and combine that with the copious amounts of stress induced acid I can swear on a bible, which probably smaller than my card laden wallet, that the only info Panera needs is.... Oh the card reader is defective... the computer doesnt know that but 5 minutes and 10 swipes confirm same. We move to another screen and 10 minutes later we are told to pay and pick up a pager. What pager? Theres no pagers... plenty of cups for the homeless to "borrow" and fill to their delight. Yep that was fun. Another entry level job meant to teach our kids how to interact with a human... gone. Yep! Nice. read more

Where's the quality control? I love Panera Bread and patronized the Howe Ave. and Roseville locations many times. The food at this location was just not that good compared to the other locations. The french onion soup had almost no cheese or croutons, they were out of the baguette that came as a side, and the salad I ordered was very light on some of the ingredients. I'm hoping that this was just a glitch and that the food quality will improve here. read more

Came in earlier today for breakfast and to get some studying done. While I do commend their social distancing protocols, especially with their separation and blockage of certain tables, their customer service is very poor. While my girlfriend and I were studying, we decided to bring two tables together to have a bigger space. There were no other people sitting next to us, and due to us both being in the same party, we thought we were still adhering to the restaurant's social distancing rules. We both were wearing masks, and after studying for about one hour, we were approached by a manager who informed us that we needed to separate the tables and move. She was extremely rude, and after stating that we would move and that we did not mean to break social distancing rules, she continued scolding us like children. This encounter was noticed by a customer sitting across the room; he got up and gave us his table so we could continue studying. As I have stated, I completely respect their protocols, though the way the manager handled the situation was inappropriate and embarrassing. I am a big fan of Panera, but won't be back to this location. read more

My wife and I went into this Panera for breakfast and they took forever. I waited almost 20 minutes for our to go hot chocolate before walking out the door without it. This Panera is awesome! I love how friendly the staff is and how fast the food comes out! I go to this Panera almost every day for lunch and did not have a Panera card until recently. Now when I go, it seems like I am almost always getting some sort of discount, I love it! One of their employees, Destiny, is really nice! I feel like she takes my order almost every day. Destiny always greets everyone with a smile and is quick to help whenever it seems like she is needed (I have seen her, on many occasions, go out of her way to deliver excellent customer service). Love Panera...the Turkey Bravo is my fave sandwich. I also love the shortbread cookie for a treat. I like the soups too. Not super cheap. I don't love the setup as much as I do at some other locations and some of the WiFi nabbers who don't even buy the product are a turn off- leave already! We are shocked by how dirty this restaurant is, carpet is littered with crumbs and garbage. We searched for a acceptable table to eat at. For this location a person would expect more.
