I work literally next door and every time i go in it's the same assistant manager working. She doesn't know what a Madagascar Vanilla LATTE is, it's not a cold brew...it's a latte under hot drinks. This is also the second time i've burnt my tongue! I'm livid man. How hot are your drink recipes at? The temperature is literally scalding. Decent place. Really comfy to hang out for a while and nobody's pushing you out. I enjoy the everything bagel toasted with hummus and cucumbers. The hummus is a cilantro lime so be prepared for a zingy kick. I have had both an americano coffee and regular coffee and thought they were both good. I have yet to ask if they have soy milk so that would be a good addition to the coffee. Great place to casually meet a friend, grab a quick snack/meal, and have some time and space to hang out and chat for a bit. Always seems to be plenty of seating (yay). read more

I'm never the type to post reviews or leave comments like this, but after my few times coming in here I had to. The first time I came in, the one lady at the front had her earphones in and was on a phone call while taking my order and was just super rude. The second time, the same lady took my order and her mood seemed very mean and rude. I figured she could be having a bad day so I'll let her have it. This most recent time, same personality and gave me attitude for asking for certain things with my order like having my bagel extra toasted or an extra cup for ice. Any time I walk in here it just seems like no one cares or even pays attention to anything. Nothing ever really wrong with the food, it's just the staff makes it unpleasant. read more

An hour and forty minutes for cold soup and a cold panini sandwich? I expect lunch to take awhile when I order for delivery so I order early and expect a wait. But seriously! Fifty minutes after I place my order I get notified that it is out for delivery, no big surprise, I wait ten minutes then clock out for lunch to go up front and wait for the delivery. After another ten minutes go by I try calling (rings and goes into a loop where no one answers). Twenty minutes later and still hungry, I clock back in and have missed my lunch. Fifteen minutes later the driver finally shows up with my cold food and says the restaurant doesn't have enough people to handle the business. An alcholic was behind me in line and when offered a sample lemonade and started fighting about he only gets water or beer, and neither was available. This store deserves a -100. I had a bad experience last year when I ordered lunch for a coworker. The food was 45 minutes late, missing items, soup was cold, and sandwich was soggy. I tried to resolve this with the store manager who was somewhat cordial. He lied and said a gift card would be sent. It never was. NICE. I decided to give them another chance on Tuesday. I specifically stated it was the Corporate Office, the Suite Number, and my phone number. I received an email stating my order had arrived. 20 minutes later it still was not here so I called the manager. He said the order was delivered and signed for by me. It was not, and I checked with everyone in the office. I asked if they delivered to our retail store on the main floor in error. He emphatically stated "NO". HE IMPLIED I WAS A LIAR. Finally, after another 20 minutes, someone from our store many floors down brought it up. They too were busy and did not have time to deal with it. There was a missing one item, terrible macaroni and cheese, a soggy sandwich, and fruit. I was able to salvage the fruit and the cookie that was not MISSING. I called back to tell them what happened and request a refund. The "Manager" was extremely nasty and rude. He first said he would not return my money but later with great anger said he would. HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO THREATEN TO CALL MY CORPORATE OFFICE ABOUT ME. GREAT, WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD. I called the Corporate Office for Panera. They took my information and told me someone from their "Main Office" would call me back. This never happened, but I did receive a refund. It has been 2 days without any return call. NEVER EAT THERE. THIS IS THE ONLY PANERA I HAVE EVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH. CLOSE IT DOWN AS OTHER REVIEWS I HAVE READ ARE HORRIBLE. THIS STORE REFLECTS POORLY ON EVERY OTHER PANERA. Disappointing to say the least. Panera has decided to discontinue the Italian combo. My favorite sandwich. They have replaced it with the Italian, a sandwich that is a third the size with less meat and a repulsive giardiniera relish that tastes like it soured. I always come here because I live so close. Today wasn't their best day. I always order an iced caramel late with almond milk and sometimes it comes served hot. Today my coffee was wrong and so was my bagel egg and cheese sandwich. It's not hard to read a computer screen and do what it says. No one seemed to be familiar with their menu, couldn't answer any questions, etc. After I placed my order, I went to the prep area to wait for my food and was appalled to see the condition of the sandwich workspace and how my food was handled. Employees didn't change gloves or wipe down the work station and were about to assemble a vegetarian sandwich on the same spot where they just finished putting together a turkey sandwich - without cleaning, changing gloves and right on top of a piece of turkey. Gross. They were nice and cleaned up when I asked them to wipe all the crud off the countertop before they actually started on my order and that's the only reason I didn't demand a refund. Sandwiches were the worst we ever had from Panera though and we used to be frequent customers (at other locations). I will never go back to this location. read more

We used to like coming here. They have a warm turkey sandwich with sun-dried tomato mustard that I used to find divine. But since the management changed hands about a year ago, the quality of the experience has been declining. I'm not sure what they're doing differently, but the sandwiches just aren't as tasty anymore. Maybe they're using a different ratio of ingredients, maybe the ingredients aren't quite as fresh; I can't quite tell what's wrong, just that it's not as enjoyable anymore. We've come in for dinner and been told they're out of what we came there for. They run out of mac and cheese, spinach, you name it. Today is the day I throw in the towel. I have ordered dozens of times from this Panera to have it delivered to my work and every single time except for once or twice my order has been wrong. It doesn't even matter if I say on the note when I order to double check the item and make sure it's correct it still comes to me wrong. Today I got my salad it was a Greek salad I had a couple items left off of it such as tomatoes and Greek olives and I have them put a couple of items such as avocado, chicken, etc. The app makes items customizable. So today the delivery driver said he was SURE it was right because he AND the manager checked it over before he left. So I open it up and sure enough there were no pepperoncinis and no feta cheese! Both of which come standard on the salad!!!! I have tried and tried to be helpful so they can get it right but it just isn't worth the headache. No more business from me - I will find a place that knows their menu items and are smart enough to customize it if need be. read more

Every time I have come to this location on my lunch break, they are always "under staffed". The wait times for a salad alone is just outrageous. Then when you get your food, half the time they put the wrong food in the bag or just threw it all together like a sloppy McDonalds burger. There are never any manager present or helping. Staff isn't friendly and doesn't have the positive attitudes you would expect from a place that charges an arms and a leg for their mediocre food. I do enjoy Panera at other locations but whenever I visit this location it is a bad experience which is so disappointing. The customer service is horrible! Recently we ordered online to have food delivered. Well nearly an hour later we hadn't received our order, so we check the status and the order had been cancelled... No one called or contacted us. We called the store and the girl on the phone said "well our driver went home so we couldn't deliver your order". She was extremely rude and unapologetic. We've given them chances since that experience and again, orders are always wrong, employees don't seem to care. As I said, it's just disappointing because I generally like Panera! It sounds like there might be a management issue based on other reviews. My advice would be to go to a different restaurant in the complex. read more

Steer clear of this location!! I admit it, I'm a Panera lover, and I visit at least twice per week. I will no longer be frequenting this location, even though it's the most convenient for me for lunch. No exaggeration -- my to-go order has been correct only twice in the past 7 MONTHS. I always order the Chicken Cobb w/ Avocado Salad. I order it without gorganzola, and with extra salad dressing. So, not complicated, right? This is apparently too hard of an order when being prepared to go (note: I've always had CORRECT orders when eating in house. Seems they feel they can be sloppy when orders won't be opened until the customer is far, far away). Either there's no egg, or no bacon on the salad (things I don't modify), or it has cheese on it anyway, or something else. Today, I got two little ramekins of caesar dressing and one of the herb vinegarette (this is the dressing that's supposed to come with the salad). I'm over it, and I won't be visiting this location again. When I sent feedback through Panera's website today, I got a quick response (kudos, corporate Panera!), and was told this location is a franchise. Well, franchisee, perhaps you need to get your act together here! Also, the other reviews here that mention rude management at this location are pretty spot on. This has also been my experience when I've called about incorrect orders in the past. Save your $10-$12 and eat somewhere else if you're in this neighborhood. read more

Be sure to check your take-out order carefully. We waited quite a while because they said the "server was slow." Then when we got home, we discovered they didn't give us the soup we paid for. When I called, the manager said he could offer me some free food if we come back, but couldn't credit my charge card for the missing soup or send me a gift card. I'm a fan of Panera in general, but I often meet clients for a coffee or lunch at this location. They have great service and lots of food options, so it's easy to meet everyone's personal tastes. I really like the frozen or ice coffee options, and they are much quieter than a standard Starbucks for a quick meeting. I do have an issue that they don't offer Ranch dressing for their salads, but I think that's just me. No one else seems to mind. read more

Panera is always a favorite for me. Love the soup and sandwich combo. Great salads here too. If you have been to Panera in CA then you will find things a bit different in CO. You pick up your own food, it's not delivered as in CA. You bus your own table which you also don't do in CA. I found the broccoli soup thinner inCO so missing a bit in flavor. But the same friendly atmosphere which I appreciate when I spend my money somewhere. read more

Two of us went for lunch today, food was good except when did they stop using a real slice of bread and a slice of cheese on the french onion soup? Croutons and a sprinkle of cheese is not even close to the same thing. I tried the mushroom soup and it was tasty. My biggest complaint today was where has SILVERWARE gone? I hate eating a salad out of a cardboard box with a plastic fork. Paper bowls for the soup? I didn't order it to go. The appeal to Panera was real food, kind of quick with real silverware. read more

I guess because I work in customer service, I tend to judge businesses on their employees attitude more than the actual food. I love Panera! However this location seems to lack in positive attitudes. Let me just say that I visit this Panera weekly and sometimes daily and have never really had an overly nice employee take my order (and the manager has the same attitude) the only reason I am giving 2 stars is because there are a few nice guys that work on the prep line and I have only had a problem with the cashiers. I have also only had minimal problems with the food. I much rather make the drive to the Panera on I-70 and Quebec where they are always pleasant and quick. read more
