I was both exhausted and ravenous; therefore, I failed to snap photos of my meal. This was one of the best Panera experiences to date. The restaurant was clean, the staff member was friendly and our meals were served correctly and quickly. Additionally, I ordered a Madagascar vanilla latte with almond milk and it was terrific! For my meal, I opted for a pick two to include the Asian crunchy chicken salad and Turkey chili and a baguette. I LOVE the vinaigrette on the salad. This meal was filling and proved to be what the doctor ordered after running a 10K. I highly recommend this location and would return when in the area again.

NOT how I ordered the oatmeal!
John P.

Horribly disappointed with this location. They can't even get an order of oatmeal correct. I didn't want the pecans or the cinnamon crunch and add blueberries. Quite simple to order via the app. Quite simple to make too if the person making it read the order and cared. Not so much! I will say that the papaya passion green tea is amazing! First time trying it but last time ordering anything from this location. I did call the store and spoke to someone who advised me that they would refund me for the oatmeal. It's a good thing since it ended up in the garbage. I'll still visit Panera from time to time but definitely not this store.

Mold inside Charged lemonade

Chunks of mold in their drinks, save your health and go somewhere else. Don't believe me? Check their health department checks and every month they have to come back a couple days later to pass inspection... meaning they can't pass inspection the first try!

What's the purpose of the app if I can't order ahead? Corporates find out what the hell is going on at Feather Sound!

The food is good. Just please try and put the sandwiches together with a little thought. Mine was all over the place. They were in a hurry? When I went in idle people all over the place doing nothing. So that's clearly not the case. Sometimes the app doesn't take orders for this location which is a total pain. I'm convinced it's lazy people who shut the receiving machine off when they are busy, or want to close early. In fairness, when I do order ahead it's ready on the rack on time as promised. Now as to ambiance: I went to the desk and ordered two cookies and asked for a handle bag because I had a large order to carry a far distance in high humidity. You would have thought I stabbed my server in the eye with a knife. She looked inconvenienced and perturbed. Are you a manager? Stand there and watch quietly the people serving. I guarantee you not a single one offers a smile. It's free! Next employee review take a dollar an hour away for people who don't smile and genuinely thank the customer! Give the dollar to those that do! Here's another news flash I don't tip for counter service! This is fast food. That's all I got. Recommended: Green Goddess Cob extra dressing.

Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich
Dale S.

A TALE OF TWO SANDWICHES: 1) Mediterranean Veggie: Two slices tomato basil bread-very tasty and tender. Cilantro jalapeno hummus-potent, I always ask for a little less. Peppadew peppers-piquant and delicious. Romaine & arugula greens-mostly crisp, can be a tad wilted. Tomato-good flavor Cucumber-always extra-fresh Red onion-perfect amount Feta cheese-moist, crumbled goodness A well-constructed sandwich with flavors that meld perfectly (I always ask for a little less of the hummus as it can overwhelm the flavors). About $7.95; a good value. 2) Alleged Tuna Salad Sandwich: Two thick and dry hunks of peppered Ciabatta bread Tomato-decently fresh Lettuce-usually wilted and sometimes brown Red onion-OK Tuna salad-So little salad on the sandwich it almost can't even be CALLED a sandwich! Zero mayo or any other condiment, meaning, it's dryer than the Mojave Desert. If I served this to my guests, they'd have every right to throw it back in my face. It is an embarrassment. At $7.95, it is a rip-off and a waste of money. Panera has many tasty food items on their menu. The alleged tuna fish sandwich is NOT one of them.

This place was genuinely incredible. I took my girlfriend here for our 1 year anniversary because I…read moresaw it on maps and it sounded good, and we both love seafood. I found the restaurant while I was still deciding on what hotel we were going to stay at and then just so happened to choose the Wyndham Grand (which was also amazing but that's a different story). I was very pleasantly surprised to see them hand us a discount card at check in which got us 10% off on our meal here - even better! I booked us an outdoor table at 5 pm hoping we'd have a perfect view of the sunset. And, well, the attached pictures speak for themselves! It was really gorgeous, beautiful atmosphere and our waiter was great. The meal started with some complimentary edamame which is always a plus. My girlfriend ordered the scallops which were so good, as well as an order of sashimi which is not my personal preference but she was visibly in heaven. I ordered a spicy tuna roll and two kamikaze rolls which were specifically recommended by our waiter (although to be honest I would've ordered it anyway - shrimp tempura and spicy lobster, it doesn't get better than that). No exaggeration, it was the best sushi roll I've ever had. If I go back, I'm just going to order three of them and call it a night. Long story short, I was optimistic about this place but didn't really know what to expect, and it managed to exceed all expectations. Very glad I chose this for our anniversary dinner, thanks for making it so special Ocean Hai!

My friend really liked her Sangria. The buffet had everything from crab claws (my personal favorite) to both salmon lox and baked salmon. The mac and cheese was the best side item, creamy and made with several varieties of cheeses. Glad to find this place, will definitely return especially to celebrate other holidays.

We joined the walk up list for clear sky via their website around 11am on a Saturday, and our table…read morewas ready within 10 minutes. We were seated as soon as we arrived, and throughout our visit the service was really good. My friend and I were having a very hard time deciding, and when we asked the server, she flat out told us that the two things we were torn between were awesome and we should order both and split them. We got the shrimp and grits and the lobster Benedict. On their own, the grits weren't anything special, although they were texturally great. Now when you add the shrimp and gravy . . . This dish is a whole other deal. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, and the gravy was super well balances. It had the perfect level of spice. The lobster Benedict had a perfectly poached egg, and it worked so well. The mornay sauce was a lovely touch. I'd definitely order it again, but I would also definitely order the shrimp again. Long story short, our server was right, they were both amazing. I also got a standard Bloody Mary, which was solid. I would definitely go back to this place. It's got an upbeat, family friendly atmosphere, and I think it's a great spot for locals and out of towners alike. It's also well priced. I'd also love to try their beignets or French toast next time. They've also got a huge lunch/dinner menu that I'd definitely want to try if I were in town for longer.

Went here on day 1 of our vacation in Clearwater on a Wednesday afternoon. Was recommended by a…read morestaff member of the resort we stayed at. Ambience was like your regular breakfast place or diner, but definitely family friendly. We were there with our 8 month old baby boy and felt comfortable. Food tasted pretty okay, we ordered coconut shrimp, fish n chips and chicken tacos for brunch! The fish was a little undercooked and the batter was still a bit wet inside. Other items were not bad. For drinks, I ordered their popular pomegranate mimosa which came really flat (no bubblies) and in a wine glass! I sent it back and got a mojito instead - which tasted a lot better! Additionally, we were not aware the breakfast menu closes at 12 pm and we were already seated, so kind of felt obligated to order from the lunch menu at around 12.05 pm! It was too early for a sea food lunch for us! We saw the table next to us had ordered breakfast just a few minutes before us but we were denied because it was already past noon. Overall a pretty average experience. I was expecting a little more authentic experience but turned out to be just like your local diner.
