My friend suggested I try the Susländer Sauere Rippchen (short rips in a delicious gravy with some fried onions, side of green beans and perfectly cooked pan-fried potatoes with particularly tasty pieces of bacon). Wonderful! The fall-off-the-bone ribs had a wonderful crust and melt-in-your-mouth pork fat. Everything else was of equal quality. My friend had matjes which she enjoyed and we split a nice piece of cheese cake.
