Buyer Beware: My $20,000 Experience Left Me Broke…read more Mr Saket Bhatia sold me gemstones for $20,000 after being assured they were genuine and that he has contacts with miners. I later obtained independent gemological testing through GIA, that the gemstones were in fact man made synthetic and made of glass. After I raised my concerns and attempted to resolve the matter, meaningful communication stopped and I was blocked. I also independently looked into the credentials, awards, and gemstone verification information presented on the business's website. Based on the investigation, the details provided are fictitious. I personally visited multiple locations listed for the gemstone verification website and found that they did not appear to operate as represented. Given the amount of money involved and my experience, I filed a police report and am pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels. I regret placing my trust in the representations that were made to me. If you are considering making a purchase here, especially an expensive one, I strongly encourage you to verify every claim independently, insist on certification from a respected independent gemological laboratory before relying on any representations, and do your own due diligence before parting with your money.

What I purchased: Natal Chart Reading…read more Scheduling: I felt that this could be better. The website promised a reply within 24 hours, and I did not get one, BUT I did reach out (via website), and he was prompt to respond. Turns out, he was traveling, and that is understandable. Once I got a hold of Chase, he was very flexible, and we were able to pin-point a time slot that we were both comfortable with. The format was a zoom-meeting, and by the end of the meeting, I got my natal chart, and a recording of the session via download through email. The Reading: As the other reviews have mentioned, Chase was a super down-to-earth individual that was ale to discuss the nuances of my birth chart in layman's terms. He is clearly and expertise in his craft, and as I participant, I felt comfortable voicing how I felt the interpretation of my chart related/ did not relate to me. Honestly, 95% of everything he said felt true to who I was. This was very surprising and I recommend this reading to anyone trying to get a better understanding of who they are at their core. Personally, it felt good to have someone explain the strange dichotomies of my personality, and tell me that they did in fact ...exist. Talking to Chase was like talking to a longtime, wise friend :D We chatted, we laughed, and it was good. To those who are considering this reading: as long as you approach the reading with an open mind, I think you will be very surprised. Five stars! Would I come back? There are many phony psychics out there, but she is legit. I had wanted to get advice regarding my love life and wanted to find out what I could do to improve it. All my relationships prior were failures and I'd usually end up getting screwed over in some way or another. She was very kind, genuine, and and non-judgmental. I felt very comfortable speaking to her making it easy for me to open up. When I'd speak of one of a past relationship, on occasion, she'd bring up information about it that there was no way she'd know. She'd bring up things that were personal that only me and my ex would know. That information wasn't even posted on social media or even shared with my closest friends. It's crazy how accurate she was that it gave me goosebumps! This reminds me of things you'd see in movies about psychics of them seeing your future, except there isn't any crystal ball lol. But the way I see it, its more like in Game of Thrones, how the Three Eyed Raven can see the past, future, and current (not so far distant future). I'm glad I was able to speak to her. It really was an eye opener and changed my view on relationships and how I should approach them. Not only that, I now have a great appreciation for psychics... not all of them because there are ones that will scam you. But, I do trust Hillary 110%. I'm definitely going back to her for any future readings! :)

So we agree on a 30-min phone appointment for the following day which is $125 as listed on her website. Next day at 5pm, she confirms our appt time of 7:30pm that evening and her phone number for payment, before paying I CONFIRM the amount of $125 and she says yes so I send her the $125 right then. At 7:20pm, 10 minutes before our appointment her husband texts me stating: 1- if I still want my reading that night, I need to pay the $100 Emergency Fee because I didn't send payment the night before. (I asked her to confirm her Zelle information the night before my appt so I could send payment ahead of time - she deliberately waited until the following day to confirm. And before sending payment I asked her to confirm $125 for the appointment- she said yes. No mention of ER fee at the time.) 2- If I sent the ER fee Hillary would do my reading AROUND 10pm that night. (She confirmed my appt time as 7:30, now she's asking for another $100 ER fee + delaying my appointment 2.5 hours) At this point, I don't even want my reading. I ask for a refund of my $125, but as other reviewers have mentioned they've never received their refunds so I'm not holding my breath that I'll receive mine. Karma is a b!@$& so I'm not gonna sweat $125, clearly she needs that $125 much more than I do. I'll just think of it as a donation to charity
