Tried to order a plate with 2 protein and 1 side inside at 1:30pm for dine in. I told attendee the choices and she only put 2 scoops of one item on plate. I spoke up and told her I had also wanted the pepper steak with orange chicken and she ignored me and walked away. I had to walk out!! The manager was working and he needs to make sure his staff are too!! That employee literally had 1 job! I didn't need to raise my voice so I left!! I will not be back! read more

The night crew messed up my order and when I went back to try to have them remake it all they were giving me was attitude about how I was wrong and I got my food even though my plate that I ordered was supposed to have orange chicken and when you open the plate, you can clearly see that there's been no entrées in it. I get that they're busy, but there's no need to give attitude when I have a receipt proving what I got and they tell me that I'm wrong nighttime manager needs to figure it out. read more

One star that was not earned. Two of the last three times that I have been at the Bismarck Panda express, I stopped by during normal business hours and there were cars in the parking lot and customers in the store and the doors were locked. Once at 1:05 pm and again on 1/27 at 11:14 am. There will not be a third time. Congratulations, you did it as this takes horrible customer service to a new level. I can go to any other restaurant in Bismarck or Mandan during normal business hours and the doors will be open. Don't waste your time, you may get there and be turned away. I don't have time for that when I have 45 minutes for a lunch break. Not worth it. Stay away. There is another complaint on Yelp for the same thing. I understand being busy I have worked fast food and know how it can get but waiting in line for a half hour while seeing multiple workers on their breaks was a little frustrating I understand everyone needs a break but at 5o clock during your supper rush? And the worker they had at till was trying to tell everyone around him he didn't understand how to work it and no one helped him. Today was the second time they were out of Teriyaki Chicken. You would think that they would be able to supply the items that are on their menu. There have also been times during regular business hours you cannot get the door open, finally someone on the inside gives it a big push to pry the door open. This is pretty poor service and a bad experience. I come from 60 miles away and make a special effort to stop on the way out of town so when they don't have what you want to eat and you can't open the door maybe they shouldn't be open read more

OK, first of all I never leave bad reviews. However, I will make this exception because this has happened numerous times. Every single time I have come here, I find out they are out of at least half the menu. One day I waited 40 minutes in line only to find out they were out of both fried rice and noodles and a number of entrées. You would think they would let the people in line know ahead of time before waiting this long but they were out of both I rice and noodles... Are you kidding me? I find it that is just rude. Tonight I showed up 25 minutes before closing and they were out of everything meaning, rice and noodles and almost all entrées. Not only that, the person ahead of me was disputing something with the window person so I was stuck in line and could not leave for another 20 minutes. And, therefore I missed any other restaurant that would close at 10. I forgive mistakes easily but when you are purposefully rude that deserves a poor review. They could've asked the individual ahead of me to come inside or to wait around the corner but instead they chose to let me sit in line for a long time. If I ever see this place again, it will be too soon. read more

This was my first time at this location and I wanted to treat my Granddaughters. My girls have been looking forward to eat a Panda Express. We all were so disappointed. They were out of many of the items we were looking forward to enjoy. No fried rice no noodles no broccoli no condiments. The restaurant seems clean. The employees are pleasant but the manager is nasty. Me and my husband had went there for dinner, and he was telling an Employee off, while the employee was serving us . In front of everybody in the restaurant for no reason that we could see. He just came right up to him while he was serving people and just started in on him. Then to disrespect somebody in the way he did and calling him stupid that man should be fired he is not management material. Placed order at 2:50pm. Order was supposed to be ready at 3pm, here I sit, still waiting at 3:40pm. Staff are rude. NO ONE WAS WEARING GLOVES. NOT ONE GLOVE IN THE PLACE. Just go to China Food Perfect instead. When I FINALLY got my food at 3:45, they offered no apology, no discount, nothing. Got home and realized they forgot one of my entres. We had to wait about 25 minutes because they were busy, which was fine we had no problem waiting. when we finally got home they forgot 3 whole entrees. Food is really good, and I would have given a 5 star rating if it wasn't for their lack of care for the mobile orders. I ordered my food on the mobile app and the estimated ready time was 6:10pm and I didn't get my order till 6:45pm. I don't know about other people but when I have an estimated ready time, I kinda expect my food to be ready at that time or within a 10 minute window of that time. I went inside waiting for my order and they could clearly see me there standing by the register. Other customers had come in, ordered, and gone before I got my order. Not once while I was standing there did any employee come to ask what my name was to get my order started. I had approached the register and was ignored completely. I strongly recommend Panda Express gets its training adjusted for mobile order protocol. Or get off mobile orders completely. I was not the only one having this issue today, there were other mobile order and door dash users there as well who waited just as long if not longer for their food as well. read more
