They use powder cream and most places here really do that. My bf got a tocilog with rice and iced coffee. It means tocino, it is a sweet fried pork dish. He likes his iced coffee but please don't compare it to your iced coffee from the states. We went to this place twice for breakfast and it never dissapoint.
