Do not trust their drivers. They will separate you from your luggage and claim they know nothing. Never ever allow them to put your luggage on a different bus then you. No matter what their excuse (no room, crowded). They will steal your luggage and tell you look in the lost and found. And if you insist on staying on the bus until help or your luggage is brought to you, the driver will grab you by arm screaming ciao at you, using intimidation. By the time you can find someone (days later) who speaks Italian to help you, they just may have found possibly one of your pieces of luggage. Watch your back with them! read more
