This was her first visit and my dog and only had one groomer since I'd had her she was a rescue and somewhat apprehensive of people. Nikki took the time to get down on her level and talk to her and surprisingly foxy let her pitter and went back into the grooming area with her. We just went for our second visit and foxy's pet cute little bows in her hair and doesn't seem to mind going there for her bath and grooming. I must say the store just curious I'm very nice products and they were very helpful to me. Thank you Nikki and thank you to the staff.
