The pool itself is pretty nice for a public pool. Bathrooms/showers/changing rooms are in desperate need of updating. But the pool always seems clean and maintained. Lisa's Cafe snack stand is a great touch too. Hopefully the 2nd diving board will be fixed by next summer.
However, if you have school aged children, beware the "owners" daughter! She obviously has no manners and has threatened to kick other kids out of the pool bc she simply does not like them. Over heard her telling a boy he couldn't play volleyball bc he didn't look cool enough. Actually ended up being a perfect example for me to teach my own child what is considered unacceptable and mean behavior! As a mom, I have my kids steer clear of her and stay with their own friends and classmates in the pool. read more
