Okay I'm low key skeptical about this place because it was highly recommended on google but idk…read morewhy Yelp had it on 3 starts but here we go Ambiance: this place is a typical high class restaurant. Dim lights, classical music, etc Food: I reserved my husband and I for a 11 coarse meal It starts with: -ceviche: amazing!! White tuna with a pop of flavor -rock fish empanadas! Geeez this is soo delicious I wish I had like 3 -sobrasada -Mallorca bread and butter -some foaming food with shrimp and cucumber (Delicious) -andelaquina -beef and onions -baby goat with prune sauce -lobster la bomba -escargot was amazing (an addition that we added) -lemon ginger sorbet -apricot dessert was fireeee Overall I loved the concept of the Mallorca cuisine... idk why they got a 3 star but this place was amazing!!! Our server Xavier was amazing!! Around of applause to the chef!! You were wonderful Service: I expected nothing less!! It was exceptional

The food was extremely disappointing. First, there's only a tasting menu available at the time of this review. Second, they don't disclose the menu until after you finished your meal. They need to put some dishes and their descriptions on their website. Coupled with the wait staff rather poorly explaining what inspired the dishes, I had no clue what I was eating half the time. The dishes were very muddy flavored, lots of unappetizing looking browns and greens and mushy textures. I think we had 4 dishes straight that could have been baby food. Uninspired textures, flavors. Multiple fish dishes were fishy smelling and tasting

This restaurant was so good that it made me regret how cavalier I have been with five-star ratings…read morein the past because this one is a TRUE five-star. Absolutely as good as it gets. My friend and I were on Mallorca for 36 hours and wanted to see the very best of it. Toque was listed as one of the best restaurants in Palma, so we looked at the menu and decided to check it out. We got there when it opened at 7:00pm, which is a little early for dinner for the Europeans, but just about perfect for us Americans, so we didn't have to wait at all. We ordered bread to start, which was served warm with garlic aioli and olives - a great start to a spectacular meal. Our waiter arrived and told us the specials and one caught our ear - a tomato and strawberry gazpacho with a scoop of basil sorbet and rosemary. We both ordered this as an appetizer along with a bottle of Rose. The gazpacho was inspired. So unique and unexpected, but incredibly good. We couldn't stop talking about how different yet perfect those flavors were together. We then ordered the lamb shoulder and the oxtail ravioli, planning to share both entrees. I have never had lamb that was so tender and the array of vegetables and the sauce really went well with the dish. We both loved the lamb. The oxtail ravioli, however, stole the show. No exaggeration, this was one of the best dishes I have ever eaten. The truffle sauce and parmesan cheese were simply exquisite with the oxtail, which was perfectly tender and immensely flavorful. There is no way to describe it that would do it justice, all I can say is if you are even in the vicinity of Mallorca, you should not pass this up. The oxtail was beyond incredible. We saved a little room for dessert and split the Crème brulée, which was creamy beneath the delicious crust on top - a perfect way to finish our divine meal here. The people working here were all friendly, professional, and helpful. Our waiter was an incredibly nice and attentive man who gave us recommendations, answered our questions, and conversed with us. He even hailed a taxi for us when we left! I'm not sure how many times in my life I'll get to go to Mallorca - it's quite a bit of a trek from the US - but I can honestly say that I will make it a top priority to go to this restaurant whenever I am in the area and I highly, highly recommend you do the same.

Try the Mallorcan wine. They have a decent selection and all the ones we tried were very nice…read more Food was excellent and fish was not overcooked. Service was perfect. Be adventurous on the menu. You won't be disappointed. They were full so make reservations. Email is how we did it.
