They were very informative and seemed like they wanted to genuinely help. However, everything after has been very frustrating. It's been almost a month since I had scans done and I've yet to talk to the doctor to go over what was found. After following up multiple times, I finally received a call back from the team (over 2 weeks after my scans were taken btw), they asked a few questions, and promised the doctor would call when she was in the office in the next few days. That was over a week and a half ago and yet still nothing. I understand being busy, but multiple weeks of no follow through is a pattern of poor communication. I don't recommend going here if you're in any sort of hurry to get your health struggles resolved. I'm not here to name drop, simply just sharing experience in hopes for them to do better!

My whole family has gone to Dr Brian and Kris for years and they have ALWAYS bent over backwards for us. I had a tooth break on me 2 days before our vacation and Dr Brian got me in and got it fixed AND their office called me the next day to follow up and see how I was doing. Although I moved to LA 15yrs ago, I still go to Dr. Hanks. Dr. Hanks and his staff are the BEST! I have tried other dentists due to convenience, but I haven't found anyone better than Dr. Hanks. He is honest, caring, up to date on the latest procedures and trends. And regardless of the fact that I am 2,000 miles away he always takes my calls or calls me right back. While they try to work with insurances, they draw a hard line at using amalgams and only use composite resins. Since my insurance does not cover the latter, my family is potentially "on the hook" for the difference (BTW, they have generally only billed up to the amount allowed for the amalgam).
