The staff are always incredibly friendly! I love the amenities they have a infrared sauna, a full spectrum sauna, and a massage bed. This is my go to place for self-care! read more

Erykah the manager at this location was amazing. A wekepriot they accidentally threw my lotion away and to compensate me she upgraded me to a level five bed for free I also didn't know I had a red light option on my membership whuch she informed me about as that's been new for the last month and a half m. I thoroughly enjoyed the stand-up red light room before I enjoyed my level 5 tanning bed thank you so much Erykah xox read more

My tan looked really well for well over a week! I got a spray tan with a promo that was Emailed to me!!! They are awesome, play fun kinda loud new hit music and are very playful! read more

Let's get the disappointment out of the way, shall we? No, they don't offer those cheeky little Playboy bunny tan stencils for your ass. I know. I mourned too. A nation weeps. But moving past that crushing loss, let me say this: the staff here are young and competent -- which is rarer than true love or a celebrity marriage that lasts more than a fiscal quarter. They remember your name, keep the place cleaner than my conscience after three bourbons, and they never flinch when I show up post-gym, smelling like I just lost a fight to a raccoon in a sauna. Now, I once saw this documentary about conjoined twins -- got me thinking, would they have to pay twice for a spray tan? Life, as always, leaves the big questions unanswered. But if you're just asking, "Where should I go to get gloriously bronzed without judgment or judgmental lighting?" -- this is your spot. Take your pale, underloved body and give it the sun it deserves -- even if it comes from a can. read more

They took over all the Body Heat Tanning stores and closed six of them and fired amazing employees. We will miss Body Heat Tanning and this really stinksI would never recommend this place! They are honoring our memberships that we had except of course they'll take our $11 every month. The happy hour on the weekend is gone! Do not visit these establishments or give them your business. Horrible! Due to the fact that they have not honored the happy hour membership portion the prices are through the roof. read more

My first time here was made GREAT by Gabbi (Hopefully I spelled that right!) The whole place was clean and tidy and just an overall GREAT experience! The beds were immaculate and the only thing better than the beds was the service given by Gabbi! Thank you for a great experience! BTW, even the restrooms were spotless!!! read more

Went in to get a tan today! Can I say Karly was amazing she walked me through the sign up process and in under 5 mins I was already tanning. She also suggested what lotions I should be using to look my best. It was definitely worth the drive. Thank you for an awesome experience! read more

Still wish I could give half a star. The DM- Megan- is insanely disrespectful. We have called, emailed, sent text messages: all to zero response. I still have not been given a refund or explanation. This needs to be fixed. read more

Waiting for the lady at the front desk to acknowledge me and get off the phone, I'm the only one here, waited about 5 minutes. Listened to her explain to someone on the phone, I'm guessing g management about which items were going to be testers, new arrivals, and how another person called out because of a roommate situations. Will see if this gets any better. So once I was greeted, lady was knowledgeable and able to explain the set-up. The whole education and check-in took less time then the phone call. My suggestion would be acknowledged the customer immediately, and if it is the employer on the phone, explain a customer just walked in and end the call unless it was life threatening or a dyer crisis. The machine worked well, supplies were readily available, and the location was clean. read more

I came here to sign up the other day and the girls working were SO nice. The amount of times I've gone to tanning salons and I feel so unwelcome. Here they were the best and informative. I signed up for the membership and the girls walked me through everything. And I left looking and feeling hot. I dont even care about the tan that much because the customer service was so on point. read more

I've literally been coming to this location for 16 years. Never have I had a problem. All these new rules and regulations. RIDICULOUS. I come in once a year I buy three tans as a walk-in that's it. 8i pay 35$ for 12 min Seems simple enough? Not even close. For the first three TIMES I'm there I can only stay in six minutes? That's almost 6 dollars a minute? What a joke . I'm taking my business elsewhere. GIRLS were extremely kind read more

The whole check in thing is dumb! Customer service is horrible. Canceled membership never again.

I love Palm Beach tan on 1725 N Rainbow 89108. All the staff are experts with the knowledge of the products that they sell there. They are all trained yes they went to training for this. These products are only sold here, I have a couple and YES they do work. The location is perfect the cleanliness of it is impeccable. They have great packages that everyone can afford. You can tan on the best sun tan beds I've ever been on, music, light spray of refreshing atomizer while tanning. Your relaxed and feel wonderful when your all done. I look forward to it every time. Highly recommended I have become friendly with all the staff and they are all lovely ladies. I have pics and video to show you what I'm talking about so you can see for yourself. read more

awesome staff. Nice and they know their stuff. highly recommended.

I'm still being charged after I requested it to be taken of my account after a full year! I have called multiple times to have it not charge my account and contacted the bank. This company is disrespectful and has illegal transactions! I'm still being told someone will call me back. read more

Expensive tanning salon with little regard for loyal clients. Upsell constantly on tanning products. Go to Rio Tan.

I came in at 9:40 pm and the girl sent me home because they stop allowing spray tans at 9:30 pm. No where on the website or the door does it say this. I come to this location often and am very upset with them telling me to "Come back tomorrow". I will not be purchasing anything from this location anymore. read more

Great customer service very clean and they have the best beds. They always welcome you with a smile and make sure you have everything you need. Definitely would recommend read more

As member of the previous salon I stopped in to see what the new owners have to offer. I was pleasantly surprised that the new owners have other locations in can use along with free perks to members that show loyalty. A definite step up from the last owners. The employees really seem to know the business and have great customer service. Look forward to continue to frequent the new Palm Beach Tan. read more

I love this location. Employees are great & the place is clean. My favorite employee is the Manager Kayla...such a sweet girl with awesome customer service. I've visited two other locations in vegas and this is my go to location, not to mention LVAC is right next door! Definitely recommend this location, great prices & great beds for an amazing tan! read more

This is the only Palm Beach in town I'll go to! Kaitlyn and Cedes are so helpful and friendly. Not only do they know their products but they are quick to explain the beds and can color match better than any location I've been to! Keep it up ladies I will for sure be back. read more

It's Sunday Morning 9:14am,and I am standing outside of the business, that is supposed to open at 9. Paying for a membership, I expect them to be open the hours they have posted, ESPECIALLY when you can not tan again for 24hours.(not 1 minute before) VERY aggrivating. I will be cancelling my membership. read more

Of all the palm beach locations I have been to this one is my favorite!!! The store manager is really sweet and so is all the staff. Every time I come to this one it is very clean. The staff always like to show me the new products and let me smell them. I feel very welcome here and I would recommend this location to all my friends and family. read more

I will start by saying I have an unlimited spray tan membership and it's crazy cheap because I signed up during a June special for $39/month. Logan is amazing here, so is Alexandria! (I believe is her name) the machines are always clean, the rooms are always stocked with foot covers, blending cream, etc. The girls are super nice and aren't too pushy when it comes to sales (which I love. I buy lots of shit, just don't be pushy lol) My only complaint is that they always seem to be out of island kyssed triple & the shades medium & light. I assume those are the most popular, but if you're running out of those same shades every single month you should probably start accounting for that. Other than that, my spray tans always come out perfect here! read more

Palm beach tan has amazing workers, always help you with finding the best packages you need including memberships and things along those lines.. although I get my membership renewed every 6 months just because of personal reasons, they always help me!! read more

Most amazing customer service I've seen. They all care about their customers happiness and needs. I've been going here for awhile and Cedes is the BEST manager yet. She's sooo caring and such an amazing person. Always makes the experience fun and happy. read more

I used to tan only at bodyheat, I've never really been anywhere else. However bodyheat has unreasonable prices on spray tans and not really ever any specials on anything. So I stopped in here, I was pleasantly surprised about all of the specials! The man at the front desk really knew what he was talking about, and he took me on a tour and showed me everything. He was kind to me and to my boyfriend. They have great memberships and great specials. I was very pleased. read more

I was super skeptical about the free spray tan offer. But to my surprise, it truly was free! I was going to a wedding that weekend and had a million and one questions because I didn't want to mess it up. Skylar was awesome! Completely thorough. Walked me through every step and made sure I knew exactly what to do before I went in. The medium he suggested was perfect for the wedding. Will definitely be going back. Great service. Very clean. Reasonable prices. FREE one first will definitely have me go back for more. That's good business Palm Beach Tan!! read more

I've never gone to a tanning salon because I've always heard crazy stories or people have looked weird with the fake tans, but after trying out Palm Beach Tan on North Rainbow, I'm hooked! Savanah was the girl that helped me with my first tanning experience and it was so simple! She explained all the different products, what they do and helped me choose the best ones for myself. I ended up doing a cocktail tan and the spray tan part was a little confusing but Savanah made sure I had it all down. I was really happy with my results and I ended up getting a Platinum Membership! I was also assisted by Gabby, who was awesome at making sure I felt good about my experience there. Thank you Palm Beach Tan, see you soon! read more

Very clean and organized store, the manager Chantel is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything tanning and gives great recommendations on memberships and lotions etc. She goes the extra mile to make customers happy and wants help, Not to mention she's always in a good mood and happy/bubbly, which is always a good demeanor to have working for your company so other managers around Vegas take notes! I will continue to have this location be my go to spot plus it's close to the gym which is nice. read more

Absolutely awful service. I was paying a monthly membership for spray tans, went in religiously every month for like 6 months, no one ever once mentioned to me that they expire? So I went in today, June 1st to use my one for May because I PAID for it and hadn't had time to get in yet, ONE day past May. They refused me and basically said tough shit ‍ I froze my account after May because I am going to be spending lots of time outside and won't be needing it again until fall. They did nothing but handed me corporate's number. I said well then I'd like my money back from May and they again said nothing they can do. Never going back, and I'm also going to be steering everyone I know of far away from them. What a scam. read more

I have to give a namedrop for Austin-he is nothing but fantastically nice and informative about the tanning beds and different options. The worst tanning and customer service experience ever! I saw the sign on the window of the salon that they have 14.95 "monthly" tanning special I decided to check it out. When I asked for details the lady who works there just handed me a spreadsheet with all the tanning booths they have. When I said I wanna try their special she looked kinda disappointed. She took my card and first thing she did was change me 35$ and said " ok and I'm gonna go ahead and add a tanning lotion to your total which comes up to 110$ today for the level 1 monthly tanning and the lotion" I was shocked I was gonna spend 14.95 but not a hundred dollars! She didn't tell me about 20$ sign up fee that you have to pay. I asked her to cancel everything and give me my card back. She said she already started the process and can't cancel it without charging me. Anyway, she took off my 85$ lotion and I payed 35$ for 30 days (like she said) unlimited tannings. After she realized she was not gonna upsell me and she is not gonna get any commission of stupid lotion she transferred me to another girl to continue signing up. That one looked at my ID really weird and asked " so which one is your first name?" I was like REALLY? I was already annoyed with that place but whatever they got me for 35$. After that none of the girls made an afford to show me the tanning booth and explain how everything works. After 3 tannings I didn't see any changes and my last time I tan for 15 min. So the lamps are so week that it doesn't make any sense to go tan. I signed up on January 23 and when I came back in February they said that my membership has expired! I told the lady at the front desk that I was told that it's 14.95$ for 30 days. She apologized for the misunderstanding and asked how I wanna pay today! Omg really! It was the most useless and expensive tanning I ever experienced! Those guys are scam artists. It's really sad that some places can take advantage of of that bad and still stay in business. read more

I love this location!! It's always super clean and up kept. The girls that work there are always such a pleasure and always make sure they are going above and beyond to meet my needs. I especially love their products that they sell and the knowledge they share every time i come in. Would definitely recommend to my family and my friends. read more

I stopped in yesterday to see about getting a membership for a month so I can tan before my wedding. Skylar was super helpful and friendly! He explained to me what he thought the best plan would be for me, since I was coming in pretty last minute (my wedding is in 2 1/2 weeks). He seemed genuine and I didn't feel like he was just trying to sell me things. After experiencing not such great customer service at Body Heat, I am so glad I decided to try out Palm Beach. read more

I visited this location a few weeks ago and was totally disappointed... The lack of good customer service is rare. I normally just let things go but this one I couldnt and the reason for me canceling my membership. I had paid for a upgrade for 90 days and thought it would end on the 9th, I was sadly disappointed when I was told it already ended. The managers name if I recall is Serena. I really didn't mind too much that it ended, but how she told me. When I walked in she had no smile or pleasant greeting at all, she made me feel like I was bother. There was a another worker there that was extremely nice and if I had gone to her i probably wouldn't be writing this. I've been going there for over a year and never ever had to deal with someone so unpleasant. All the other girls are really nice there...When I said I will cancel my membership and walked away, she said "excuse me miss I need you to sign your cancellation" with no care at all and never asked why because she knew how rude she was and again a very no smile, cold look on her face.. I will be calling in and sending a letter of complaint... I NEVER complain about things like this, but she was so rude I had to. She was absolutely awful..... read more

My necklace fell behind the electricity box. I know there's hooks to put your stuff on but I placed it there because I could tell the employee was in a rush to get out of there since I went in right before closing. It had fallen and it took 2 weeks for someone to get back to me to see how we could get it out. Justin the district manager told me that they would not pay anyone to come get my necklace that I should have placed it on the hooks and that it's not their responsibility. I get it's a business but you guys run off us clients. If it wasn't for us you guys wouldn't have a job. I was told that I would have to pay to have someone come remove that electricity box. I've never felt so let down by a company and I am disgusted at the customer service you guys need to work on it ASAP. Whether it cost money or not you guys should do what's best for the client. I'm a paying customer and I have a lot of friends that go there I haven't told anyone my story but I sure will now after what this company said to me. They don't care about you they just care about your money. Justin told me he talked to the Vice President So I'm gonna make sure of that and I'm gonna do my own research and make sure I talk to the vice President myself and make sure that it wasn't just bull. I will take this further. read more
