While I got my lashes done by Monika, who did an excellent job and was very attentive to my comfort and relaxation, Kira did my manicure! How you ask? On top of having free-standing nail stations/room they can also perform nail services while you're receiving any facial treatment. After that I went to have my facial done by the namesake, Eva herself. It's the first time I've had a facial on a chair/table conversion but it helped facilitate my pedicure at the same time of my MicroDerm facial. It's a little weird at first not being draped in a blanket on a treatment table but Eva came in and reclined me and covered me up while Kira came in after my feet had a chance to soak. Pedicure was just as good as the manicure and the facial was great. My skin feels fantastic thanks to the MicroDerm and LED light therapy. Eva was very knowledgeable about the services and had a wonderful touch, not too light but not overly aggressive like some estheticians i've had before. My tip is to get there at least 20 minutes early to allow enough time for the front desk staff to get you checked in, to fill out any paperwork needed, and to prepare for your service. The spa has its own parking lot for free parking for its clients. (The spots are small so if you have a big SUV or truck you may need to pay for parking on the street.)

I booked a 60-minute massage and was required to pay 50% of the cost upfront to secure my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 3:45 PM, and I arrived at 3:40 PM -- FIVE MINUTES EARLY. I have proof of my arrival time. Despite arriving early, I stood at an empty front desk for approximately 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When someone finally came out, I was actually asked if I had told them I was going to be late. I was there before my appointment time. My massage did not begin until approximately 4:10 PM, meaning the appointment started roughly 25 minutes late. The massage ended promptly at 4:45 PM, and I have proof of the time I left. Based on those times, I received only approximately 35 minutes of massage time for a service I booked and paid for as a full 60-minute massage. To be very clear: I was not late. I arrived early. I did not cause this delay. Yet I was the one who lost a significant portion of the service I paid for. And unfortunately, this wasn't even the first warning. One of my girlfriends had previously gone here and specifically told me to watch the clock because she booked a 90-minute massage and only received approximately 55 minutes. I now understand exactly what she was talking about. I booked this massage because I was already in pain, and after waiting for my appointment to begin, I received significantly less than the 60 minutes I paid for and walked out STILL HURTING. I find this completely unacceptable. If you're going to require customers to pay 50% upfront, then you should have enough respect for those customers to actually provide the service they paid for. Your scheduling issues should not become the customer's loss of time and money. And before anyone tries to dispute my timeline, I have documentation showing that I arrived at 3:40 PM and documentation showing that I left at 4:45 PM. I will be submitting that proof along with this review. I cannot prove the exact moment the massage began, but I can say that it did not begin until approximately 4:10 PM, and the massage ended promptly at 4:45 PM. This was not what I paid for. I left feeling ripped off, disregarded, and still in pain. Customers should not have to arrive early, wait for an establishment to get their appointment started, and then lose a substantial amount of the service they paid for. I would absolutely NOT recommend this establishment to anyone. If you decide to go anyway, watch the clock and document everything.
