So, when I was told by my daughter's dentist that she needed braces we went on the hunt. I did several searches and read tons of reviews on various offices all over Palm Beach County. My searches kept bringing me back to Dr. deFabrique. Something about her background, reviews, and the way she presents overall that just felt comfortable and professional. Now, mind you....we went in for a consultation and 1.5 hours later we left with braces installed and a plan of action created!!! The Gardens location is easy to find, and don't get me started on their staff! Every single face from front to back is smiling, welcoming and ready to help you feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. deFabrique does an amazing job of identifying not only the concerns but giving you a visual of what to expect and a set plan of how to make the needed oral corrections. I love that they have seats at the end of every chair that can fit two people/parents. The office is up to date, organized and immaculate. The entire staff makes the kids feel comfortable and keeps them engaged in conversations.....keeping spirits high. I absolutely recommend you joining the Palm Beach Orthodontics family as this by far has been an experience that has superceded my expectations. And if my 12 yr old is happy, then we are all happy!!!

The dentist was with another patient during my appointment, and came to me for a few minutes. After all exams were done and i was waiting for Dr. Tasr to come back to me.... I had to leave because I had a newborn and a toddler at home. I was told I would receive my treatment plan within a few days. That never happened. Despite patiently waiting, I received no follow-up. After two months, I made two separate phone calls to check in. Only then did I receive an email from the dentist saying "You are a complicated case, and I wanted to take extra time to plan the treatment out for you" and that I could get a refund and my scans if I wanted. No actual treatment plan. She might be a skilled dentist, but the way she treats her patients is unacceptable. Communication, respect, and basic professionalism were completely lacking in my experience. I paid for a full exam and never received the service I was promised. As a mother balancing life with a newborn and a toddler, I don't have time to chase down healthcare providers to do their job. This kind of disregard for a patient's time and trust is incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking reliable or respectful dental care.
