The workouts were fast moving and kept me sweating. Leaving I felt grounded (which CrossFit does for me) and also so happy to see how other boxes do CrossFit. The drop in fee was 20 euro and the shirts are on sale for an additional 15. I really enjoyed my experience here. Happy to experience their community for the short time I was there.

All the workouts get full explanations & even if you don't speak Italian & have a question, anyone in the class is more than willing to help you out. We've had several great workouts here & signed up for a basic membership so we could attend classes a couple times each week. One of the box dogs, "Snatch" is one of the friendliest pups ever! All in all, don't pass up the opportunity to visit them if you're in the Firenze area!

I found this yoga studio while visiting Florence from the US. I'm a yogi back home with a special…read moreplace in my heart for power vinyasa, so I thought it would be so fun to try an Italian studio. I accidentally booked at the wrong location when I booked online...there are two! I showed up for Maria's evening class and she was very kind and just transferred my class. They have mat rentals for only 1 euro and provide blocks and other props. The studio space is small, very simple, clean and very nice. Maria's class was lovely- a fast pace, simple vinyasa flow which I found to be very organized with a standing section, core and supine. It was so nice to practice on my vacation and experience Italian yoga! Only 15 euro to drop in and completely worth it. I would highly recommend.
