It's worth a visit. It's free. There is an exhibit downstairs and upstairs. Fun stuff! You will find a cafe, garden, and garden terrace with tables. It's peaceful.
When I went upstairs to explore, I felt like I was intruding. I found myself in a hallway which I can either go left or right. I went right. It was more interesting.
The converted palace connects to another structure that looks like an apartment building. There appeared to be another garden terrace further above. I couldn't tell if anyone was allowed up there.
