I am highly disappointed with this clinic due to the fact that i was misled…read morein believing that this clinic would accept my dental insurance. The fact is..my dental insurance was not accepted at this clinic! Cannot expect the average customer to be aware of all types of dental insurance....the receptionist at the clinic SHOULD be aware...and they should be able to communicate that info to their customers. I found the dentist herself was very friendly and helpful..along with the staff.. The front desk receptionist needs to be re-trained in her duties towards the customer... conclusion: I had to pay costs out of my own pocket for dental procedures...if i had known that my dental insurance was not accepted...i would not have went to this clinic

Another dentist at a different practice dismissed my concerns, so I was referred by a friend to Dr. Smith for help. He identified the issue and addressed it genuinely without rushing. I am using them for an oral Sleep Apnea appliance. I couldn't use CPAP so I went the route. Dr Paster was very upfront about the cost and how much my insurance might pay vs my out of pocket. I didn't have to do anything and Medicare/my Medigap covered 100% which was a pleasant surprise. This worked out despite the fact that I had tried CPAP and returned it within the trial period which complicates Medicare filing - several other providers refused to take my case. This office came through for me with flying colors!!

The office is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The big screen TVs in every room are a nice distraction. OK- now let's get to the nitty gritty. After reviewing my medical history, Sabina got started on my xrays and cleaning. She noticed that the corners of my mouth were chapped and sore. She gently applied vaseline so I wouldn't be uncomfortable. Wow! I was impressed as I didn't even expect her to notice. Sabina began cleaning my teeth and used a combination of a water pic and dental tools to make the plaque and tartar removal as easy as possible. When my gums started to bleed, Sabina gently applied medicinal grade mouthwash to stop the bleeding. It didn't even hurt. She then polished and flossed my teeth and gave me a couple of pointers to keep my teeth healthy and my bleeding gums at bay. Then, it was time to meet Dr. Iskender. He was just as gracious and very thorough in his exam. Not only did he check my teeth, but he also carefully checked my lips, gums, and cheeks for any signs of an abnormality. I suppose all dentists are supposed to do this as part of their exam, however, I have never had a dental team be so thorough with my check up.
